Within the last 30 mins I was transferred to the call center and I explained to them what happened with the order and they transferred me to this location. I was put on hold by a young lady and she never came back to the phone. The second time no one answered. I do understand that you all may be busy. I called to cancel my order which I told the young lady that the first time. I wasn’t the one to place this order to this location and I was requesting a refund. If I didn’t receive the pizza then I should have my money refunded. A manager needs to contact me please. It was for 1:11p. Thank you

Ordered pizza on the phone, they said 15 minutes. Pulled up to the window 17 minutes later, they say it's gonna be about 20 minutes, "we got 1 more order ahead you" I ordered mine 20 minutes ago and now it's gonna be 20 more minutes? This place is horrible, management is terrible. They have no clue if they are planting or gathering. Rude after they have screwed up the order!!! This place should be shut down permanently .

Turned up, ordered a vegetarian pizza at counter as it’s not waiter service.

First of all, when you harder at the counter and pay….. why are you obliged to pay a tip before you’ve even sat down, received and eaten your food; buy default a tip is an after event not a pre event monetary gesture.

Pizza arrived, ok, bit tepid and not fully cooked/pipping hot.

Had to get our own plates. Then asked for red chilli flakes…… asked to pay 2 dollars. I then asked for salt and pepper, primarily pepper….. apparently Pizza Hut don’t do salt and pepper….. I was then riled “who has pepper on their pizza anyhow”…… absolute disgrace especially when the staff in question has been tipped.

Horrible delivery service, had our order purchased and otw but the delivery driver canceled our order 15 minutes to close so we couldnt even put it back through

My order was wrong. When I tired to call to let the store know I was greeted by at least 20 different people from another country asking to start a new order. I’m assuming the call center is in India or the Philippines. I never was able to talk to the store and just accepted the fate of my wrong order.

Don't. Just don't. Room temp pizza that was actually ready when we arrived but were told it wasn't. Cheese sticks were half edible...everything else wasn't. Terrible customer service. And heaven forbid you try to reach the store...you will enter into a call center cyclone. We will go back to Domino's, Marco's, and Johnny's.

I stood inside waiting in line for 10 minutes before the workers addressed any of the customers. Finally when we were served: the lady in front of me’s order was “never made” even though it was marked as ready. The worker made comments about her when left and called her rude. My pizza is missing one of its toppings, and it looks/tastes like it was made hours ago… Very disappointed in both the food and the service.

This place is horrible.. I’m tired of feeling like I’m the wrong skin color (white) in the wrong place at the wrong time.. the attitude in here was almost as bad as the food. I’ve been sick all night last night and all day tiday. No more Pizza Hut ever again!

Them damn foreigners can't understand English...Tried to ace an order 1st the foreigner couldn't understand me so she hung up i called back and a foreigner guy answered and he couldn't understand English either so I didn't call back because it made me think the wings I was gonna order probably not even real wings so like they say go with your 1st mind I would never in my lifetime order there again.

Stop slamming all the metal trays ! It’s nerve wracking. Another customer complained and said something To the workers in the kitchen, who all started laughing, they still kept slamming the Trays. I was only waiting for my take out order (which took 40 minutes for 1 pizza and some wings) I went up and talk to the manager. My food was ready and had been waiting quite a while because the pizza box was starting to sag . He rolled his eyes like a child when I complained about the metal trays being slammed, and then when I asked him what his name was, he started Saying to me, why what yu gonna do ? what yu gonna do? He’s lucky my husband wasn’t there because his manner was very threatening
I told him his attitude sucked. I have never had such a horrible experience, Just waiting to pick food up. There is something off about the whole order and none of it tastes right. I didn’t ask for extra onions, but it’s like they’re playing around to mess with people and I’m just done going here . I will be calling corporate. The man from the other family, I spoke with outfront of the store, said he will be complaining as well.
No reason to continue doing that after customers complain . It’s like a bunch of children having a game of how loud can we be? What can we do to disturb peoples dinners ? the party that was there About 20 people and everybody in the store was turning their heads when they did this so they knew it was bothering everybody. Absolutely unbelievable Acceptable, especially the managers attitude. I told him if the slamming continued I wanted my money back and I was leaving. And that’s when he handed me my food Which was sitting on the counter getting cold when he told me he would come get me when it was ready and was like have a good night, real snarky.
Corporate needs to do something about the store because obviously the manager doesn’t care

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I try to give them a chance about once a year or so but they have shown over & over again they don’t care. This last time I ordered for delivery. They changed it to pick up without calling me & I didn’t know until I checked the app. I went to pick it up & had to ASK for a refund for the delivery driver that wasn’t working. Don’t waste your money or time with this location. They’re horrible.
