I ordered a pizza at 8:15 pm and it should have been ready around 8:35 pm. I get there around 8:50pm and no pizza. They hurry my order and the pizza isn’t fully cooked. I had to wait for them to fix the order. I have been a loyal customer for years, visited many locations, and never seen a pizza this undercooked.

This is a joke. Do not order online. Do not request delivery when you call the number it’s not the store. It’s a call center and they will not help you when your order does not come. I ordered for delivery never received the order and they said there’s nothing they can do to help me. They put in a ticket stating that they would request the store contact me to fix this issue

I called to order a pizza and the young man that answered the phone kept saying uh and huh. He overcharged for the pizza and then corrected it but put my order in for delivery and I said I would be picking it up. Once I arrived at the store I was told the delivery man had my pizza and would be back within 10 minutes. The delivery man came and put the pizza on the rack and by the way noone greeted me. Then 5 minutes later the young man comes to the register with the pizza that has been with the delivery man for 15 minute s and then wanted me to pay 28.00 for it. The manager saw all that was going on and kept walking past as though he wanted no part of what was going on at the register. When I got the pizza the box was cold. I will never forget this. The restaurant was empty so the manager wasn't busy. This was one of the worse experiences I have had. I think this store needs to start over and get people that appreciate the job because customer service brings the money. Remember that....bad service no money. Thank you.

I went there the first time on July 16th. The guy working there was doing entire store ALONE. He was exceptional. He did call ins, the window and dine in all by himself.
I then went back last week and he had 5 other men working with him. They do very good service in this location.

My wife and I visit this location twice weekly for her lunch break. We visited this location on Friday around lunch time between 1:30 and 2:00pm. A white gentleman was working or doing something with his back to me. After standing there for three minutes, he turns to me and said, someone will be right with you. So, I waited, I waited, and I waited. Exactly five minutes went by, no one came to the front to acknowledge me or the lounge (look at the camera). A cook or pizza maker was standing to my left, he never moved, and he never spoke, after five minutes of not seeing anyone and standing there, I walked out. Now I had to go to Domino's Pizza to purchase a pizza for my wife. I received the best possible service a person can get. The reason most business isn't doing well is bad customer service. It is very frustrating when companies give bad customers or employees are not trained to know how to treat the very customers who are the reason, they have a job plus we as customers is the reason why the business is operating. But like most business, chapter 7 or 13, soon follows. The best of the best has closed the front door and shut down some stores or all stores because of bad customer service, no employee is bigger than the customer. I will never return to this location or maybe no other pizza hut. When you as a customer get bad service and you spend your hard-earned money, don't accept it, call in or write a review, and hope that some type of change will take place, when you walk out, nothing changes.

Walked in, 3 employees and 2 are scrolling their phones. There is 1 table occupied with 2 people. We wait and wait and wait. No one ever looks away from their phone to help us. We walk out as soon as the guy at the pizza making station still looking at his phone started scratching his privates.

Within the last 30 mins I was transferred to the call center and I explained to them what happened with the order and they transferred me to this location. I was put on hold by a young lady and she never came back to the phone. The second time no one answered. I do understand that you all may be busy. I called to cancel my order which I told the young lady that the first time. I wasn’t the one to place this order to this location and I was requesting a refund. If I didn’t receive the pizza then I should have my money refunded. A manager needs to contact me please. It was for 1:11p. Thank you
