Overpriced! Not tasty at all. The crust was like cardboard. The employees really work to get orders out(3) servicing a full vicinity. Kudos to them, they work hard.

Honestly best pizza hut I have had in while. The crust reminded me of early 2000s Pizza hut when the crust was crisp and the inside was soft. The service was quick and they were very polite. I'll be back for more!

Not cleanly, not enough employees for the work flow, many people waiting for 10-15 minutes with no explanations... just not a good experience.
Do not bother with this location! I ordered the new ultimate Chicago Tavern pizza. I added cupped pepperoni, mushrooms, extra cheese, and extra sauce. I had to call since the app showed delivered and obviously was not. When she said it was leaving out the door I asked can you please make sure the toppings are right because last time it wasn’t. I take it she looked and noticed no mushrooms (as if that were all that was missing) and threw cold mushrooms on a cold pizza! The order I received had none of the peppers, no extra cheese, no extra sauce, no cupped pepperoni and mushroom that weren’t cooked with the pizza. And I paid extra for that.
I spoke with the manager who assured me it was going to be remade and the picture you see with only mushrooms and pepperoni is the REPLACEMENT! They Put less toppings on it the second time than the first, and this was the “make it right” the MANAGER was supposed to oversee?! This is now the second time this has happened to me from this location because the app chooses them for delivery. Never again! They do not follow instructions, read, communicate, or care.
To top it off they mark your orders as delivered when nothing has been delivered, but when you call they will tell you oh it’s an hour and a half wait sometimes the app is wrong. Like ok how will I know when it’s coming. Meanwhile the food is ice cold like it’s been ready since it’s said it’s delivered. Why are you marking orders as delivered when food hasn’t even left the door?
Clean house here. Get entirely new staff, or close this place.

The cook did made my pizza just how i order it it was so perfectly made!!! My pizza was very delicious and hot made on time and they had great customer service madr sure my order was correct before i drove away and very friendly I give them 10/10 thank you

This is the worst Pizza Hut in Shreveport. They need to get rid of that one guy manager. He’s so rude and don’t know how to handle the heat of the place getting busy .
Made an order and never received it at all. So the next day I called to ask for a refund. The manager proceeded to say he would just resend it out but they later cancelled the order without saying why. I was so over it. About an hour later I get a message saying someone from door dash was delivering the food so I just waited even though I didn’t care for it anymore. The lady Dina (yes I said her name bc I don’t care) acted like she didn’t know how to use a GPS to find me and didn’t deliver the food like she was pose too. So here I am without food or my money. So I definitely don’t recommend.

Would have appreciated being greeted as I walked in instead of making to be felt like an Interruption. Also, the pizza makers should wear gloves while preparing food to prevent food borne Illnesses.
