Made an order and never received it at all. So the next day I called to ask for a refund. The manager proceeded to say he would just resend it out but they later cancelled the order without saying why. I was so over it. About an hour later I get a message saying someone from door dash was delivering the food so I just waited even though I didn’t care for it anymore. The lady Dina (yes I said her name bc I don’t care) acted like she didn’t know how to use a GPS to find me and didn’t deliver the food like she was pose too. So here I am without food or my money. So I definitely don’t recommend.

Would have appreciated being greeted as I walked in instead of making to be felt like an Interruption. Also, the pizza makers should wear gloves while preparing food to prevent food borne Illnesses.

Placed an order online, tracked the order. I’m assuming they cleated the order out in the system so that they wouldn’t have to actually deliver. The order was “ delivered” I never received it. Called the store 3 times and was put on hold each time. The customer service was LITERALLY trash. I’d appreciate if they would have told me they wouldn’t be delivering my order so I wouldn’t be wasting my time waiting on it.

1 star is too much… worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Cashiers are rude. The manager is just as rude. No wonder why the cashiers are they are a product of the manager. I never got my order I order from the app that they turned over to door dash. I ordered from Domino’s got that in 39 mins, while still trying to get a refund for over 3 hours. Don’t waste your time or money here…

The employees are a product of their environment they don't pay attention, they lack care and customer service. I would've been in better hands if I ordered my pizza from the smurfs. Long story short they sent out a pizza made wrong, including missing drink and had the nerve to send a remake out to me cold. The manager is apparently soft and spineless and buddy buddy cause a boss a proud representative of a brand I would think could have this restaurant getting better reviews.

I placed my order online 45 mins before I out to the store. The board said it was ready but I had to still wait an additional 15 minutes to find out my food was partly ready the forgot one of me pizza. They were so unorganized. Never again I will make the extra drive.

If you want your pizza to come out right, just go to the dominos down the road. Ordered a dinner box. That’s all. One with garlic parm sauce, chicken, and mushrooms, and the other pizza with marinara, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Got the dinner box and somehow ended up with two marinara cheese pizzas. Unfortunately didn’t check until I got back to work and couldn’t go back. Part of one of the pizzas didn’t even have sauce at all. Verified my order was right on my app, and yeah. It was. They just apparently don’t know how to read. Second time I’ve had pizza come back wrong. Also, their front counter was coated in grease. So I’d hate to see the cleanliness of the kitchen.But hey. At least they decorated for Halloween
