couldn't call and let know my driveway is to wet for them to ask me to meet them at the end of my driveway they put the pizza on the hood of my wet vehicle and than on top of that the order wasn't even the right order. they offered to remake the order but that was the only offer. this the worse experience I have ever had . which is saying something in my opinion..

Please avoid this Pizza Hut and choose another location in the city. The girl who closed on August 8th, 2024, at around 10:27 PM, was unnecessarily rude. I placed my order expecting it to arrive by 10:02 PM, but I didnāt receive any calls or updates from the restaurant. When I called, I was told they had no drivers available and that I would either need to wait for DoorDash or come pick it up. I later learned that my pizza had been ready and just sitting there. Her attitude was uncalled for; how difficult would it have been to inform me about the situation? While I was trying to decide what to do, she asked, āYou gonna come pick it up orrrr?ā as if I had known all along that there was no delivery driver.
I understand that working in fast food is not the most ideal job; however, if you canāt maintain professionalism for the money they pay you, perhaps you should consider a different profession instead of being rude to a customer who was simply trying to order food. This was the worst customer service Iāve ever experienced for no reason at all.

It's just not good messed up my order again. Just added jalapeƱos, extra cheese and sauce. Got one of that. They gave me jalapeƱos in a cup lol.

I wish I could give negative stars. They didnāt want to take our order at the drive thru window and refused to accept a $100 bill for an over $40 order. The guy at window had no knowledge of how to take the order. Had a hard time answering questions and the female in the kitchen was rude and told him in passing NOT to take our order at the window. So whatās the point of a drive thru window if u canāt place ur order at it?

This was very bad, over cooked pizza Melts Insides were overcooked, the whole pizza was hard to eat With only one melt as should have been 2. Fries were dry and hard. It just didnāt seem fresh at all. Very disappointed. Please check food before sending it out.

A fly was baked into my pizza. I called to inform them and the worker told me I couldnāt get a refund and that he would remake the pizza. I didnāt want to eat the first fly so I donāt want you to remake another fly pizza. Poor customer service and the kitchen must be dirty!!!

Called to get a delivery and we are about 10 minutes from the location and they said that they delivery here at my location. I will start using the competition for now on. That location stinks.
