You can't call the store directly you have to go through a call center that connects you to the store. It's such a waste of time and wasn't like that a year ago.

Good luck, get ready to wait 1+ hours and be missing half your order. Don't count on talking to a manager either they're too busy to resolve customer issues. Staff isn't friendly, and get even less friendly or offended when you ask for a refund for them not having part of your order, they expect you to just walk out without the item or the money. Not the first time either, just the last time.

It is always awful. I use delivery and it is always cold at arrival, when you call because app says delivered (every time) they are rude. Pizza is never good but the only thing that delivers so we keep trying. Even on a Wednesday it was over an hour for delivery and cold and this one is not even cooked thru. Just drive to Dominoes guys.

The sausage and pepperoni thin crust looked delicious, had the perfect amount of toppings, was hot when I picked it up and tasted delicious. Not sure why I was asked about a tip when it was a carryout, though especially since the price is a little higher than at other Pizza Huts.

Placed the order via the app, waited 30 minutes before coming in to get the pizza, at 6:03 pm, I understand to have some give and take with time and pizza, but a full 30 minutes and counting for an order is a bit ridiculous. Do better Pizza Hut
NEVER coming back here again.. they took a hour just to tell me they forgot to make my order.. the store wasn’t busy at all maybe 2 or 3 customers.. The cashier Zachary wasn’t professional about it at all.. threw me my receipt and sad sign it.. the fry cook eating food and cooking at the sane time.. Hope they fix the issues at this location
Thin crust pizza dough, the worst we've ever eaten. Threw 3/4 of the pizza in the trash. Gave husband upset stomach after eating 1st slice. I ate one slice and was enough for me not to eat anymore. Don't order thin crust!

The pizza dough tasted old. Crust dry barely any sauce..I very disappointed this location does not take pride in making the food it's always terrible ..I give up tired of spending my hard earned money on garbage
It was a nice lunch with a variety on the buffet.
