This location needs to close, I ordered carry out because they can't afford to hire delivery drivers and on a previous order from here the door dash person accidentally gave me someone's raising Cane's order and I had to catch him before he left my neighborhood so that I could get my by then cold pizza. So this time I decided to order online but pick up. I arrived a little early and was told that they could not pull up my order. I attempted to cancel but I couldn't see it either as though it was through a 3rd party even though I did my order from pizza huts website. There should be a clear indicator that you are ordering through a 3rd party with clear instructions on how or when you can cancel your order, if that is the case. I had to leave without food. So they Stole my money. When I got back to work, I immediately contacted online chat and there was no resolution just a weak apology and a general statement that someone would be in touch. Today the in touch contact was an email survey. No resolution no refund. On 10/17/2024 this restaurant took my money and did not give me food. Unacceptable service. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite. Now they have no place on my list and I no longer view them as a dining option for my area. UPDATE, Three days later I get an email saying a store credit is being issued. What don't you understand about I WON'T BE BACk, I sent a counter offer asking them to scratch my credit they got my money and clearly have no plans to return it but for my pain and stress do something good by donating to the local school which is walking distance from this location and who I am sure plenty of the children's parents use this restaurant and there is no response. That is why I feel that this neighborhood does NOT need your restaurant. #close

Ordered a medium pizza and wings, 7-31-24 @10:45 and I received someone else's order though door dash. Called the store but was left on hold. Hopefully the other person who also received the wrong order calls the store to get it resolved.... Order was for 6000 W. 70th street

I’ve been working in the area for the past few months and order from pines road often. I order the pan style crust with light marinara sauce. It’s always perfect and so much better than my home town hut. They are always prompt with the order that I place online and pick up.

I HAD A PIZZA HUT ORDER FOR $81.75 WHEN THE FOOD ARRIVED TO MY LOCATION IT WAS ONLY A PARTIAL ORDER, I WAS TOLD IDK CALL PIZZA HUT!!! I CALL PIZZA HUT ON PINS ROAD AND THERE WAS A YOUNG GIRL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WITH A ATTITUDE! SHE ASKED ME MY NUMBER 6 DIFFERENT TIMES “ AINT NO ORDER UNDER THAT NUMBER” THE WAS A LADY IN THE BACK GROUND SAYING “ AINT NOBODY FINNA PLAY WITH HER” SHE SAID I WAS SCREAMING @ HER WHEN I WAS NOT I WAS SIMPLY TRYING TO MAKE SURE SHE PUT THE CORRECT NUMBER! Never ordering pizza hut again. Pan pizza i got had a tough crust and was bland. I also think the someone added more to the tip cause my receipt said i was charged 22$ and my bank says i was charged 25$ for one medium pizza!

Every time we order from this location the service for delivery is horrible. We initially ordered at 5:05pm, the tracker said it would be delivered at 5:59. Called and checked on phone # and it said the order had been delivered, however; it had not and then was put on hold for 6 minutes and finally the Manager at this location answered said they were short handed and only had 1 driver. I asked why then, had it said delivered when I called to check the status. He didn't apologize or anything, just said she left a few minutes ago and it should be getting here soon, no estimated time. Considering the HR Team, the Managers are probably miserable due to lack of help and communication. We had been outside all day working and was expecting to eat as soon as we could get it here. So much for being a timely and accurate service. It's now 6:40pm and still hasn't arrived. Pizza Hut location is 6825 Pines Road. Always horrible service.

Online order at 647pm. The order was supposed to be delivered at 750 then changed to 820. I had a house full of children waiting to eat dinner. At 820 I checked the website for tracking information and my order was still not showing to even have been made yet. As the kids started getting more and more hungry I decided to call to check on my order. The person that answered hung up on me. I called again and was told they have door dash drivers there to which I responded that my order wasn't placed with door dash and was hung up on again. I decided to drive to the store which was only 5 minutes from my house in hopes that my order was ready but it was a delivery driver issue. I arrived at the Pines Rd. Location at almost 9pm which is now over 2 hours from the time my order was placed. There was a line of cars wrapped around the building of people trying to get their orders. This place was clearly having trouble that was more than likely a staffing issue. I walked up to the door and it was locked. Shocker. So I knocked and waited. One way or another my order was placed as delivery and paid for online therefore if I was going to wait on the 15 cars in front of me to get their orders I took the risk of having my order delivered when I was at the store in line. I did call and they hung up so here I am knocking. I waited and a person came from the back and yelled at me to get in line. I was trying to explain my situation and she just kept telling me to get in line. Then kept asking what name the order was under so she could cancel it. I'm clearly upset at this point and I just want my food. I asked repeatedly for a manager then was told to leave. What other choice did I have but to leave. I'm very disappointed in the experience I had at this location tonight. I work in the delivery business. I interact with customers on a daily basis. Never once have I behaved in a manner that this employee displayed. They were clearly busy. They were clearly frustrated and having a bad night. I am assuming that they were short employees and I fully understand how things can go really bad really fast in a business like this. However at no point did the person try to help me in any way, but on the contrary was upset i was at the door that was not supposed to be locked in the first place. My behavior was quite professional and I am the customer who got charged for a product I did not receive and a delivery fee that did not happen. I didn't want a refund or free food I wanted what I paid for and I wanted these kids to have the meal that they asked for. I have ordered from this location many many many times and never once have I had a interaction like this. The food is always good.
