We ordered a pizza and it there to find 5 cars sitting in the drive thru. We sat there for an hour waiting on the last car to leave we decided to pull out because our time was wasted. We waited that long for something we didn’t end up getting. It was nearly 30 minutes waiting for one truck which obviously ordered at the window. We ordered ahead online just to be disappointed with poor service. The pizza sucks in quality and the manager is not friendly. Workers are lazy and sloppy. Never eating here again, wouldn’t advise anyone else to. Needs to be shut down.

My entire order was wrong. I was missing items, pizza toppings were wrong and undercooked, my apple pies were all stuck together with no cinnamon. When I made a complaint, no one contacted me nor had anything to say. I will NEVER order from this location again. I completely wasted my money on food that was not edible AT ALL..!!!

We won’t order from here again. After well over an hour, I called the store multiple times and when answered, I was placed right back on hold without them even trying to figure out my issue….. finally after getting through to customer service, I found out they never even started my order. They could have said that. Easy. I’d of cancelled way before then. Very inappropriately handled. Very rude and we won’t go back.

Every time I go there it is something wrong with my pizza. The first time they did not give me all of my meat the second time. They did the same thing on our meat lovers they only gave me 3 toppings instead of 6. Also, they gave me 2 medium pizzas, not the 2 large pizzas.That I order Because the large Pizza.
Is 14 inches wide VS? The medium pizza is only 12 inches. Why? I don't know why they think they can get over, but they will not. That's why I'm writing this review. Because I'm tired of spending all of my money on pizza. That is not right. So when I ordered something.I expected to be right not wrong

Tuesday evening at 7 pm we Called AHEAD to the Pines Rd location to see if they carried the gluten free option at their location. (2 other locations closer to us did not have it) They said YES so I put my order in for one gluten free and one regular pizza for my husband. Pushed the carry out time to an hour away since they were out of our way. After we drove 40 mins just for the gluten free option, we get there and go in to pick up our 2 pizzas only for them to they tell us, ‘oh sorry, I told you we have gluten free but we DON’T’ . Like really??? You didn’t bother to check when I called? You would think since lots of ppl are gluten sensitive that you would want to make sure you are giving customers accurate information. That was a wasted drive! My husband got his pizza though.

This location needs to close, I ordered carry out because they can't afford to hire delivery drivers and on a previous order from here the door dash person accidentally gave me someone's raising Cane's order and I had to catch him before he left my neighborhood so that I could get my by then cold pizza. So this time I decided to order online but pick up. I arrived a little early and was told that they could not pull up my order. I attempted to cancel but I couldn't see it either as though it was through a 3rd party even though I did my order from pizza huts website. There should be a clear indicator that you are ordering through a 3rd party with clear instructions on how or when you can cancel your order, if that is the case. I had to leave without food. So they Stole my money. When I got back to work, I immediately contacted online chat and there was no resolution just a weak apology and a general statement that someone would be in touch. Today the in touch contact was an email survey. No resolution no refund. On 10/17/2024 this restaurant took my money and did not give me food. Unacceptable service. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite. Now they have no place on my list and I no longer view them as a dining option for my area. UPDATE, Three days later I get an email saying a store credit is being issued. What don't you understand about I WON'T BE BACk, I sent a counter offer asking them to scratch my credit they got my money and clearly have no plans to return it but for my pain and stress do something good by donating to the local school which is walking distance from this location and who I am sure plenty of the children's parents use this restaurant and there is no response. That is why I feel that this neighborhood does NOT need your restaurant. #close

Ordered a medium pizza and wings, 7-31-24 @10:45 and I received someone else's order though door dash. Called the store but was left on hold. Hopefully the other person who also received the wrong order calls the store to get it resolved....
