My order was a dinner box and I asked for light sauce and pepperoni as my topping my pizza was all bread the sauce was on one side and not the other and the pepperoni must have been light also because there were only about 9 on the entire pizza this is the 2nd time in a row that my order was thrown together literally the advertisements look so good but I have yet to receive it when my order is picked up it's been a total waste of money I can make a sandwich at home if that's the case pizza hut used to be my favorite pizza place but I'm probably not gonn order from there anymore after this.

My son had a night birthday party on July 20th. 3 days ago. I ordered 12 pizzas and tons of different flavor wings. I placed the order that morning and it was for a pickup at 7p. All of the pizza and wings were HOT and DELICIOUS. I didn’t have time to take pictures because we were to busy eating. I read the reviews before choosing them. Thanks to my sons godmom I ordered. Her family orders from here all the time. My experience with this Pizza Hut was excellent. Kudos to the staff that worked July 20th!!

We went in and sat down...not one of the staff said a word. Finally after sitting there a bit , I went to counter to order . Unfriendly ....No one ever said a single word to us...I went to cashier once again before leaving. I Asked for a bit more ice and she acted like I asked for her to pave the parking lot. Will not go back..

Me and my friend ordered pizza and wings from this location online and it took over an hour for it to deliver; however, that’s not the worst part. As we were tracking the order, the system reflected that it was delivered but it wasn’t even delivered yet. When we saw this, we called the number listed above but it took us to the Pizza Hut customer service where we were left hold because were being “transferred” to the location directly. We were on hold for about 15 minutes when the delivery person called saying they were pulling up. My friend went outside and waited almost 10 minutes before the food was delivered. Once we got the food it was warm at best and the pizza was thin. Since when did the pizza become thin especially if you didn’t order thin pizza. This is more than likely the absolutely last time we order from here or all Pizza Hut. The food and service is horrible and nonexistent. Go to another pizza place or make your own.

Good thing I checked my pizza before getting too far down the road. Pizza literally torn up in the box and when I took it back the manager looked at it and asked what’s wrong with it. REALLY???! Then sarcastically said, “well it will be at least 15 minutes if you want another one.”

Called in, was on hold about 5 min. Someone picked up the phone, could hear laughter and a lot of playing then they hung up. Called again. After being on hold a few minutes I just did the order online. After hanging up, someone from there called me back (strange). I said that's ok I ordered online because someone hung up in my face. They said ok and hung up. SAD.
UPDATE: Husband got there to pick up the order. No one would come to the window. They just stood there playing. He waved at a young man employee who was looking at him and got completely ignored. I know yall see these reviews. Multiple complaints about the same issue. Time to clean house or shut it down.

WORST PIZZA HUT IN NOTTINGHAMI order Pizza Hut a lot I ordered half and half one side margarita, and one side chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom when I got home the pizza had a hair init and on the margarita side had chicken underneath the cheese I rang up to be told I should of checked before I lefted the manager is sooo rude no manners out of order he was arrogant and disrespectful I will never order from these again.
