WORST PIZZA HUT IN NOTTINGHAMI order Pizza Hut a lot I ordered half and half one side margarita, and one side chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom when I got home the pizza had a hair init and on the margarita side had chicken underneath the cheese I rang up to be told I should of checked before I lefted the manager is sooo rude no manners out of order he was arrogant and disrespectful I will never order from these again.

Waited almost an hour for a remakeand they still have me the wrong pizza and thought it was funny. The idiots at this location are the most incompetent you'll ever find.I go inside and get a menu off the wall. When I decide what I want I try to order it. The four foot tall cashier seems to be having trouble ringing it up. She eventually says what I ordered is for online orders only?Really? Online only huh? Then why is it on the menu in the store? If it's online only it wouldn't be on the menu in the store or it would at least say online only next to it. I told her just pretend I ordered it online and ring it up. What the problem? It's on your menu after all. She won't do it.So I tell her nevermind and she has the nerve to say whatever like I did something wrong. You're lucky you don't work for me sweetie because you wouldn't anymore if you did.Can we just close this location so a real restaurant can open here that knows what they're doing?

I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza with chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizza and pasta looked horrible, so I asked for a refund. The manager there said she could remake the pizza, which I declined. She said they don’t give refunds and that I would receive a credit. I didn’t receive an email or a credit. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a refund within a few days, depending on my card. Again, I didn't receive an email about that chat, nor did I receive a refund, and it’s been about two weeks now. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again.

Terrible! It took an hour for them to have my order prepared, when I was told it would be ready in 20 mins. There was barely any sauce on an order of wings. The meat lovers pizza was slapped together with hardly any toppings on it. They proudly charged nearly $50 for such pathetic service. I only rated my review with 1 star because there is not an option for 0 stars. I've never had a worse experience anywhere than what I received there

Ordered online, took 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. Waited an additional 10 minutes with multiple employees horse playing around, making jokes that they don’t come to the window. Pizza was barely warm and the flip was cold. It’s like this every time I come here.

Update as of August 31, 2023 @ 7:06pm CST. This is the most ghetto spot, plus the people behind the counter don't care to make their customers happy. The wait time for them to even speak to customers is at least 5 minutes, even with the two guys horseplaying behind the counter.Also, my husband informed them that the drink machine wasn't anymore. They didn't bother to go check out what was wrong or offer to refill the drink in the back, so I went to go check what was being done about the issue. That's when the lady cashier told me they couldn't fix the issue and they don't have drinks machine in the back.This restaurant needs to get shut down or hire new people.
