I spent 78$ Sunday After church.i went through the drive through.look empty.no business.but. I was very disappointed I order 3 meat family meal.chicken brisket and sausage.i got a lot of chicken but looked like back pieces not breast or thigh.piceces of brisket about a 2 inch pieces and sausage slices es in pieces not worthy.of 78$ worth.the teaxes toast looked like white bread with butter on it I order mac and cheese in place of bake beans I got collard greens.my complaint is give me some meat instead of bits and pieces.i will never go there .again.i didn't get what I paid for.scaps.i d been sick.didnt go back.no I know why no business there.thats you're driving in Shreveport.

The daily special shows $7.99 on the big sign outside. You get inside and they show $8.99. And then they charge for credit card with no warning. So, my $7.99 lunch special costs $9.35 before tax. Was told the owner had ordered a new sign. I told them, then raise the price AFTER the sign arrives and is in place. Isn't false advertising against the law?

The brisket was beyond dried out like jerky. The chicken wasn't seasoned at all didn't have a BBQ taste to it. The potato that I had was over cooked. Just a horrible experience but the cashiers was friendly an honest about food.

Brisket was dry no favor. Sausage uncookedBaked potatoe had been cooked to long chicken was flavorless. Peach cobbler is decent but needed some nutmeg and cinnamon.

First time I've been to Podnahs in many years. First, the 2 girls that took our order were rude. Then, the baked potato only has butter and sour cream for toppings, you have to ask for cheese and it is extra, there's no bacon bits, chives. Get to the table and eat and every bit of the food is cold, even the bbq sauce, which just sits out on the counter with no lid or heat. Will not be returning. Don't recommend.

I love BBQ, but was disappointed with Podnuh's BBQ, on Sun around 12:30pm. This was my first time trying this restaurant. Only a couple people served inside, while we ate.I am a little concerned with the safety of the meat, as they were sitting on a filthy cutting board and dried out. Looked like dried roadkill. Almost turned and ran.Food safety note copied from local guidelines:Keep food hot after cooking (at 140 ?F or above).Just because your good is done doesn't mean that you're out of the clear when it comes to foodborne illness. The possibility of bacterial growth actually increases as food cools after cooking because the bacteria thrive as the temperature drops. To keep your food above the safe temperature of 140?F, use a heat source like a chafing dish, warming tray or slow cooker.Since I was with family, we stayed and tried a couple sandwiches and sides. The pulled pork was average at best and the brisket was dry as sawdust, even the vinegar and sugar sauce couldn't help. Baked beans were just ok. the other sides were typical cafeteria quality.The atmosphere was odd since the loud noises from hand chopping meat drowned out any chance of conversation.paid $30+ for the experience. Not likely to return. Save your $$$ an eat at China Flag or Logans for a better value.

Two employees were there, one was talking to a friend at the table and seemed bothered by us being there. The other, a man, also seemed bothered and was not very helpful with the menu or meat selection. Zero stars for the customer service, zero stars for the banana pudding and three stars for the baked beans. The beans saved the entire meal, in a nut shell… don’t spend your money where it’s not appreciated.
Ordered take out at location. My order was incorrect and I was overcharged. When I got home the ribs were dry and overcooked. The pulled pork was under done and chopped in 1 to 2 inch cubes. Was tough to break down into usable portion for a sandwich ie couldn't shred it. Sent a survey to the website and no reply.Just an update. The customer service manager did contact me. He offered Apologies and told me to reorder at my usual store on Mansfield rd complementary.I did and the food was absolutely awesome and no questions asked . Mansfield rd podnuhs is 5 star no doubt.?

Went too late and the brisket was not great. Ribs and sides were good but I think it is better to go during the day. I prefer the Mansfield location but last time I went the cashier was rude. She definitely need to work in the back.
