Biggest thanks to Marcus R! I was going to DoorDash from this location but i wanted some mac and cheese. Usually Popeyes is out of it so i called to make sure. i was told they were out of it. sad. THEN i get a call back from popeyes and the kind employee says he’s making some just for me! Marcus thank you, you made my night. Come down to 318 cloudz next to johnnys and i got you for whatever you need. Marcus deserves a raise!!!!

If I could, I would rate this specific store zero stars. The customer service was terrible. Very rude. I highly do NOT recommend. And they will most definitely mess up your order.

Went there a few days ago. Ordered 12 wings. You would think 2 hours before closing time that you'd at the least receive some lukewarm food. Every single wing was cold. The only reason I didn't return to raise hell is because I was super tired from work. People don't spend their hard earned money for that crap. Either serve the people correctly or just close the place. Terrible you cant even get a hot meal from a chicken restaurant.. TERRIBLE!!!!!

I love Popeyes but this restaurant I will never visit again. I ordered a Classic chicken sandwich...it was like a thin crust and the sandwich was mashed real thin. The one taking the order was very unprofessional... it's a NO for me

Pulled up to the drive through, nobody helped me. Gave it a second chance, and went inside.. wish I would have left.
I know I'm in Shreveport, but this is the most rachet experience I've ever had getting food. WILL NOT come back to Popeyes. There are 5 other customers in here just as upset.

I go to the drive thru. Take my order. Spicy chicken sandwich fries mashed potatoes coke and a biscuit I’m told the filet for the sandwich will be 7mins. 7mins is not bad at all. I pay. Told to drive up to the door. I wait. 7 mins goes by fast. Then another 10 minutes before I get out of my car. I go inside. I ask where my food is at. The rude young lady at the counter is looking at me like I’m stupid. I say here’s my receipt. I’m forced to wait another 5 mins. I watch them put it together. The guy that took my order says. “Do you wanna wait for the biscuit”. I say no. I go to eat. The sandwich is slathered in mayo to the point it’s inedible. I scrape off as much as I could. It’s the wrong sandwich. Waste of 11.98. Never going back to this location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Everytime I go, either their machines are down, they don’t have any chicken cooked (they tell me it’ll be a 20 min wait) or they tell you to give them a second at the drive through and then they let you sit there for 10-20 mins with no answer. Place is actually terrible.

2 stars bc I’ve had good food and tea from there before. But they are super slow and do not plan on cooking food for the lunch rush probably half of the time or more. Not cooking spicy chicken or mashed potatoes for a 12:00 lunch rush is legitimately crazy. They don’t cook the food they know ppl are coming to order. It makes no sense, what is the motivation to run the restaurant to where the customers have to all leave empty handed? Some of the employees are really rude but there have been really nice ppl working there too— but they still won’t cook the food before lunch.

Ordered a family meal two nights ago. White meat spicy, dark meat mild. Received 2 pieces of mild.
One white and one dark piece.
I will never order from Popeyes again.
There is a reason mild was ordered.

People are always slow. Food is never ready in a timely manner. Got there at 5:10 ordered my food and was asked to pull up. Waited until 5:45 and had to rush to work which I was late. Ended up paying for food that big never got.

This particular time was horrible the "manager" that was there very uninterested in being at work had terrible attitude was talking crap about the cashier that was in drive thru who seem to be in training. The "manager" got my order wrong then gave me two small prices of chicken when I told her I requested dark meat. Biscuit was cold . She made a phone call while making food orders . Totally unprofessional.
