Did a mobile order before leaving home. Took 11 mins to get there. Waited in drive thru 10 mins before being acknowledged. Got to the window and gave my name, they asked me to pull to the side with the other 5 cars already parked and waiting. Employee comes out and ask me what did I order. Smh. The car beside me that they had pull over and wait, didn't get the condiments they asked for and was told by the Employee they can come in and get it. Funny story, Im in the parking lot writing this review while waiting and guess what, all of this time passed and Im still waiting. I would just leave but the order was prepaid. This is Ridiculous!

I get here to pick up an Uber Eats order that was placed 15 minutes before. They hadn't even started and weren't in a hurry. It wasn't busy at all. No one here acts like they care.

Employees cussing/swearing and talking about fighting each other. Making raciest comments. The manager standing right there doing nothing. Took forever to get my food and was missing half of it. Worse experience in any fast food joint I have ever been to. Can’t believe the owners allow this to happen!!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. There are roaches in this restaurant. An employee told me they were shut down just a few weeks ago for 3 days because the health department found roaches, and the owner refuses to pay someone to get rid of them. The people that own this place are rude and treat their employees like garbage. The staff was all to happy to share this information with me. Customer service at all of the Popeyes in the Shreveport Bossier area is TERRIBLE. This location is ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING. They can't even order enough food to get through the week. Good thing Golden Chick just opened up across the street. Hopefully they will put this monstrosity out of business.

Pines Rd Popeyes Shreveport, la.Gave us spicy tenders we did not order. Ordered in the app at pickup it took sooooo long to get our order & had to ask for our fries. Had to go back to get them. Service was very poor. This is not the first time service was terrible.
