However, we did eat there 3 times. First time the food and drinks were great. Did not like the booths the owner built though, they were too high and out feet hung, could not touch floor and husband is 6 ft. Legs went to sleep. No padding and backs had no slope to them so you were really uncomfortable on those wooden tall benches. Second time I got the salmon with the orange bacon topping which was great the first visit. Did NOT have that wonderful topping. I called the owner next day as he was not there when we were there and he screamed at me that the topping was there. I said but you were not there. He screamed at me some more as if he was flipping out. I hung up. And 3rd time sat in the bar so we could sit at a table with normal chairs. TV so loud we could not talk to each other and I ordered a gin martini with an olive. Up. Took one sip and said yuk there is sugar all on the outside of the glass. They only rinsed this and told the barkeep. He said yes we do wash them & I showed him all the sugar. We quit going. My guess is they did not have a dishwasher or did not bother walking the glasses over to it. We never went back. And again, they may be long gone, I have no idea.

No other patrons there for lunch but our party of 6. We all had the lunch special for $8, $9.75 with drink. Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and a roll. The food was quite good and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely impeccable! I got the shrimp and grits, hubby got the red snapper with asparagus and sauteed veggies. We were both very pleased! Atmosphere was perfect...waiters and the chef were very personable as well as professional! If you go, don't be in a rush to leave. Food take a minute to come out but...you can't rush perfection â¤!!!

We were in town for my boyfriend's birthday and they treated us like royalty! Steak was amazing! Potatoes augratin and asparagus were to die for!! If you're in the area definitely worth stopping by!!! Thank y'all for making us feel so special!!
