The customer service was an -2/10 presentation of the snowball was great but the quality and detail was not there I had only got my snowball for 30 seconds and it was already melting fast by the time I got home it was liquid i ordered three snowballs and ask for a cup holder didn’t want to give me a cup holder Also the lack of payment options you can’t use tap or pay cash OVERALL I will not be back.

QuisineQueen over delivered for my family function. I had booked another catering service and they pulled out on us a couple weeks before the event. I was super nervous. I contacted QuisineQueen who sent me a LARGE menu of items to choose from. We settled on a menu and we paid her. Not going to lie, I was nervous to see if it would turn out okay. Mannn... listen not only was the food amazing!! It felt like she gave us more than we ordered (not sure), but everyone at the event was raving about how good everything was. I passed her name around because I promise my family will be using her for more and more events. Thank you for blessings us with your talents!! Much love❤

OMG!!! Every item the groom and I chose for our wedding dinner was absolutely delicious. I think I even seen 1 guest lick their plate (I don't blame them 🤣). So many compliments on how flavorful the food was. The customer service was outstanding, as well as communication. Thank you so much for being a part of our day. 💜 The Randles
