I love the food here. It's kind of expensive for fast food but it's also a lot better than most fast food.

I've never actually been inside, I always use the drive thru, so I can't speak to the atmosphere. The outside of the store always appears clean and well maintained, as does the drive thru area.

Food is always hot when I get it home (about 12 mins away.) They never forget stuff like straws, napkins, cutlery, or sauces. My orders have always been right. The food is really good and they give you a decent amount of it.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. There's usually a long line at the drive thru, but I'm usually there when they're really busy after everyone gets off work so that's probably why. They do keep it moving. I've never had to wait very long.

This is a great place to go if you don't want to cook and you want dinner that's more like actual dinner than fast food.

Vegetarian options: I didn't know they had vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: Idk I don't have any dietary restrictions.

Parking: There is a free parking lot but it isn't very big and has always been very crowded when I've been there.

Kid-friendliness: Idk, I've never taken a kid here. It would probably be easy to find something kids would eat here tho.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't know, I've never been inside.

Went tk order my food girl already sound like she had a attitude. Get to the window give her my money she hands my food back without my change. Im literally looking at the window waitijg on my money back. Whoever made her mad she dont needa get mad woth other ppl. Still didnt get my change back

Last few times when you edit your order like extra sauce or no fries extra toast. It’s just not happening. Always have to check did I get the sauces I paid for ?! Again tonight. Didn’t change fries for toast and 2 extra sauces missed. Stop being robots and look at the order. Thanks.

Food is great! Unfortunately they don’t use a filtration system or the filter needs to be replaced. Cause their tea and sodas taste of that Shreveport tap water! Fishy pond taste.

It's a great place for some fast food chicken that's a cut above your typical fast food place. Their sauce is famous for a reason, the chicken's always done very well, and it's usually quite fast - when they're not busy I often hear my name called while I'm filling up my drink!

Kid-friendliness: In the sense that most fast food joints are. Not much outright tailored to kids (it's honestly got a bit of a collegiate feel), but nothing you really wouldn't want them to see or hear, either. Just bear and mind that this is fried chicken we're talking about, so those looking to feed their tots something healthy should probably look elsewhere.

Asked for naked tenders , being that there was only ONE car in front me , I didn’t expect it to take long . I waited at the window just for them to tell me to pull into a parking spot , told it would be 3 minutes , okay . I pull into a parking spot and wait 7 more minutes , mind you , I have to pick my son up from school and I have a newborn in the car and my air just went out as we were on the way there . After 7 minutes , I call , because not 1 singular vehicle is in sight . Says it’ll be another 3 minutes (obviously their 3 minutes is not 3 minutes) , that I can leave if needed and come back to get it . So I leave to go get my son (surprise RUINED , I was trying to surprise him with canes since it’s Friday and he’d been talking about it all week) . We get back to canes , in the terribly hot car , I send my son in because I refuse to leave my kids in the car even for a minute and don’t want to get the baby out when she’s already terribly overstimulated from this entire process … they send him with no drinks . All they had to do is look at the receipt!!!!!! Then send him with 2 cups. So nobody could make our drinks that should’ve already been made ??? Long story long … I worked in the food industry many times . The food would’ve been waiting on the customers , as soon as they pulled into mobile I would’ve been aware , chicken would’ve been dropped as soon as I heard a call back , I would’ve apologized for the wait or even refunded them for the confusion . You don’t know what people are dealing with - be courteous. Respect people’s time as you’d want them to respect yours . Canes managers need to get strict again !

I love Cane's, have been eating it for years. When I started working at a place within walking distance of Cane's, it was a dream come true!

I consider myself a semi-regular, especially because I usually order the same combos every time. The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is always cozy and familiar, and the food is always hot and delicious.

My singular nitpick is that every now and then when I order takeout, the food isnt ready until a few minutes after the estimated pickup time. But that doesnt take away from the five star rating, because sometimes they're making fresh batches of food! Now that's what I call a commitment to customer satisfaction!

If you want a family friend restaurant with a simple menu and consistent food quality, Cane's is the place!
