My daughter bought 2 3-finger combos with sweet tea for each of us for lunch today. There was a hair under her last chicken finger. Tell your employees, especially back-of-house, to keep their hair away from the food!! For this reason, we won't be visiting for a while. DO BETTER!!!

Food definitely is more bland and smaller than the beginning years. Kids still love it though. Chicken is so unseasoned. They need to fix that seriously. Sometimes fries is just enough to feed a small child, sometimes its more than enough. Consistency has dropped. Chicken is smaller than it used to be. It's also insanely expensive and we have began coming less and less.

I always order from this location and every single time something is missing. One time it was the bread, another time the fries, and today it was the sauce! On top of that, the bread they gave me was cold — not just “not warm,” literally cold — and the fries were cold too. When I called today, they told me to come back and they’d refund me. It’s not about the $5 for the sauce. Everyone knows people go to Cane’s mainly for the sauce. If you can’t get the basics right, what’s the point? Extremely disappointing.

My grandkids think this place hung the moon lol! They adore it!! High prices but good food! Only run into one mess-up on an order but got it resolved quickly!
