“This is my favorite place in the area. Excellent service, the broth is rich in every soup I have encountered. The area surrounds with different anime canvases as well as Japanese culture that allows those to have an external experience with the culture. And with the cuisine that they serve I’m more than confident that you will have an extravagant experience internally as well when eating. My personal favorite is the Spicy Beef Ramen - add one egg, the Octopus Balls (Takoyaki) and their brown sugar milk tea boba. I know you will have a great experience just like I do every time I come here!“

My only complaint was it was a little warm inside and the tables are super low. The booth was super comfy it’s just the table hits really low. But that’s all ok bc the food was just amazing!“

“We had an amazing experience at Tsuyoi Ramen in Bossier City for our Valentine’s Day family dinner. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and welcoming — you can really tell they put effort into the design and overall vibe of the restaurant. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Great customer service really stands out, and they definitely delivered. Now let me talk about the food… man, the food was GOOD! 🍜 Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ramen was rich and comforting, the appetizers were delicious(fried pork chop bites), and the presentation was impressive. The brown sugar boba tea was amazing, and the taro milk tea (the purple one) was a big hit too my daughter loved it! You can tell there’s real passion behind what they do here. It was the perfect spot to spend quality time with my wife and daughter, and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re in the Bossier/Shreveport area and haven’t tried Tsuyoi Ramen yet, you’re missing out!“
