Workers were sweet. The food was some what edible. I had the brisket sandwich on jalapeño bread plate. The beans had so much chili seasoning in it. I couldn’t eat mine. If you like your potato salad made w a lot of egg and bread n butter pickles then you’ll love theirs. Its not for me so I did not like that either. The meat was reheated to the point it was Very dry… I couldn’t finish the sandwich. Can’t really comment on the bbq sauce. The beans had so much chili seasoning that everything tasted like it had chili powder in it… if you are wanting good ole fashion bbq this is not the place for you.. we won’t be back.

All I can say is "WOW"!I was passing through Shreveport, LA on my way to Virginia and stumbled across Ral BBQ and More..Well I was hungry so I ordered the brisket, ribs, sausage AND brisket burnt-ends. Sides were slaw, mac-and-cheese, potato salad and green beans.Every single thing was great, not good but Great!The person working there were so friendly and it was like I had been there many times.I will be passing back through in two weeks and will be stopping again.

We went there because we had heard so many good things about their food and we weren't disappointed. The lady at the cash register was so nice and very helpful and the food was really good. I had a sliced brisket sandwich with potato salad and beans. We plan to go back and tell everyone.

This is REAL FAKE bbq, save your money and go elsewhere. The entire meal was lacking flavor and seasonings. The chicken was clearly roasted in an oven and the brisket was rubbery and dry. No wood or bbq flavor at all! Green beans had no salt and neither did the potato salad which tasted like refrigerated mashed potato with no vinegar or relish or mustard flavor. Never again wasting money here we learned a lesson!!

Guaranteed I will not spend another penny in this place. Loaded potato was loaded with nothing but cheese and the cheese looked like it was leftovers from the government process cheese era. Ordered the salad they were out. Now let's talk about the ribs they were not tender somebody sprinkled seasoning on top of it rather than cook it when barbecuing and you had the nerves to charge me $18 dollars!!! Really I want a refund please.

I ordered 2 potatoes from here today and they were huge. I visited this place a couple years ago and was so impressed with the food and service. Now since I live in this area I will definitely eat here often. The only thing I didn't like is that my potato was too hard. But the service was great.

And so we went back again. Just a letdown. Sides are just ok, not really delicious. No smoke rising from the outside pit. Still no real bar. Sausage has no flavor and is tough. Service sucks. Gal behind counter just tries to jack up price by pushing onions and pickles at you for a charge or bottled water, which I never get. Sauce is still way too vinegary. And loaded potato was a big disappointment. Will never go back. Sorry. Just not worth the money and not good.

I have eaten here many times. When they first opened it was one of the best BBQ places you could find. I have noticed that the pit outside seems to be out of commission and the food has been bland the last 3 visits. The meat was cooked just fine, just no wood flavor, it tasted more like it was cooked in an oven. I hope they get the pit fixed. I won't be back until I see the smoke rolling. Staff has always been great.

I've eaten ribs all over the U.S. and hands down, these are the best I've ever had! I came in here for lunch while on a road trip and ordered 1/2 slab. They were so good, I knew I had better order a full slab to go to take to my husband or I would be in trouble when he had a taste of my left over (they believe in huge portions). My mom ordered a loaded potato with chopped brisket that was also amazing. She was only able to eat a quarter of it and taking the rest to go. Great place and fast!!!

Went with a group after work for dinner and let me tell you, I was impressed. It's hard to find things that are suitable to my diet, but the lettuce brisket tacos were amazing. And the sauce was so good... it reminds me of Leon's, if you remember that restaurant from the 80s. People were raving about their sides...Mac and cheese, etc. I can't have it but I'm sure it was great. Definitely worth stopping in.

Was an OK dinner. Food isn't bad but not the best either. Disappointed that they serve warm bottles of drinks instead of fountain drinks and they offered no ice... we didn't even know they had ice until someone else was getting some. Everyone seemed put out that we we even there... service not friendly at all. Won't break my neck to come back.

I have had them cater food for my office staff twice and eaten lunch here several times and the food is always on point! Many years ago I picked up a catering order and the BBQ sauce was accidentally left out of the order. I didn't realize it until I had made it back to work and my staff began eating. When I called back to let them know I didn't get the barbecue sauce the owner drive to my location to bring me the BBQ sauce!!!I was impressed!!!! YOU CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE!!!! Great location, nice staff and AWESOME BBQ!!!!
