This is my first time coming here, this place was terrible. The place is very dirty. Staff don’t care. The barista gave the guy beside me a design on his cappuccino cup and didn’t even try to give me a design, we had the same order. The cookies were full of sugar. The coffee was honestly disgusting.

Literally served my husband and I a burnt biscuit… it was black. The egg inside was good but if I just wanted eggs and cheese I wouldn’t have spent $13 on that

Service is SO slow. I've been going to this location because it's slightly less far away but I'll go downtown from now on. The employee's are incredibly slow. My put in an order on the app. It was supposed to be ready at 9:44a and I'm still waiting.
Coffee shop with some nice tea as well! Highly recommend any coffee shop lover to try it out!
Iced The coffee was great according to my wife. Earl Grey They use rishi tea bags, so unless you want a super strong tea I'd recommend only asking for 1 sachet. I ordered the 2 sachets because I like strong tea and almost found it too overpowering for the size of the cup.
Only thing I wish they would add is fresh lemons to add to the tea!

Absolutely loved this place! They have a limited time Spring flavor called the Lemon Meringue cold brew that was absolutely fantastic, I really hope it ends up on the regular menu! I also loved how much seating they had and all the natural lighting! We had no issues with the WiFi and many of the tables had outlets attached but I did notice several of them didn't work. Overall I would happily come back!

Rhino Coffee (both Uptown and Downtown) makes the best chai latte I've ever had. I will definitely keep coming back here. The staff is also SUPER friendly every time!
