Ordered a to go seasonal salad with shrimp it took too long to have my salad. Once I got to the hotel room, I realized no strawberries in the salad they just put blueberries instead without telling me and they charged extra 10bucks for shrimp, and it came out with only 6 shrimps not even jumbo sized lol

Terrible service, poor quality food and incorrect hours of service listed
So wanted to start my Saturday off with a bloody mary. Go to the bar top sit there for 20 min with no service at all. Not super busy. Ask a worker if anyone would help me he said yes. Then walked away never asking what i needed. Continue to go server 4 other tables. Young lady walks up. I think yes. It's my turn. Nope she looks straight at me and walks away. Im dune. So happy I will not be returning to my local Hotel restaurant again. Looks like a fun place but if you cant even order a drink at the BAR why bother!

The service was very slow but overall not bad. I ordered the grilled chicken club. It was the driest piece of chicken I have ever tried to eat with no flavor. I would not recommend.

Came here for a cheer competition. We paid for the breakfast which you can only eat in this restaurant. From what I can tell, Managment did not staff to address a full house. We sat at our table for 40 minutes without even a glance from the waiters walking by. I saw this happen to about 5 other tables that came in before and after us. I went up to a waiter and asked for assistance and he said they would send someone over which never happened. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Let’s just hope that when I go to the front desk they will refund the added cost we paid for a breakfast we were unable to get.

I want to mention that they had a limited menu when we went because the hotel itself was sold out. They had a cheerleading competition and Mardi Gras parades locally. What I'm assuming is that they wanted to limit the menu to keep timeliness for both the staff and those attending the events. It appeared to work out across the board. The food came out quick and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive (funny, too).We ordered the wings, a turkey club, and the loaded fries. The wings were some of the best we've had. They weren't gummy, weren't hard. Perfect texture with a little crunch and fell off the bone. Not too saucy. The fries were a 10/10. They weren't stingy with the toppings, but they also didn't do too much. The side of sour cream was something I didn't know I needed until I tried it.The turkey club was my favorite thing. It had thick sliced turkey that wasn't slime-y or too moist. It was so good. Sometimes, I find clubs to be soggy, and that didn't happen with this one. Bacon was perfect, and bread was perfectly toasted.Overall, it was a great meal. Will be returning when we're back in the area.

I sat at the bar for 40 minutes without even being acknowledged. I was not the only one. Several people left at the 15 minute mark.

I will stick with the burger. I really wanted dessert so I went for the bourbon pecan pie. It tasted just ok. The portion was pitiful to say the least. I could have gotten the whole pie from Mrs. Smith's for the cost of this one slice. And it would have tasted way better. But that's just my opinion. I have also tried the red beans and rice and a few other things from the menu and let's just say...nope! The food here is just awful and a complete overhaul is needed. Now I wonder if this is why I always see people drinking and not eating.
