You guys! I had the Bacon Alfredo Detroit style ordered to my home, and let me tell you… that pizza was SO amazing! My husband and I shared it and it was the absolute perfect amount for two people and it was beyond delicious, I think I may dream of how good it tasted! 10/10 recommend! I have dined in as well at this location and everytime I walk away satisfied. Thank you for the amazing food and amazing customer service!

Hands down worth it! My wife and I shared their Bacon Alfredo Detroit Style pizza and it was amazing! Both their deep dish and Detroit style pizzas are worth ordering!

I was late getting there, so the crowd had thinned out. Javon (hope I spelled it right, man!) was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly, and generally a totally cool dude; if you meet him, you'll see.
The food was outstanding, the beer was relaxing, The conversation was positive and friendly, and the music in the background was perfect... mellow r&b. The price was right, and everything was how I hoped it would be.

I was at a craft show and took a chance on a random pizza place. We had Mimi as a waitress and she was the absolute sweetest young lady! We just loved her. The pizza was fantastic! I’ll drink from Texas back there again

Went to Rotolos on a whim when actually driving to another place for Pizza 🍕 and can’t say it was a great detour for us 😅.The Ambience was amazing with people and families actually playing game with a person over the mike and having so much fun so great atmosphere to really have a good time.Our server was a really great girl with lots of energy and serving with a smile.Ordered the Deep dish Windy City..it was good but a bit too much sauce for my liking and I finally made peace that deep dishes aren’t for me 🤪.But would love to try more in the future .

Went here late Wednesday to get some dinner and were seated immediately . The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food is decent, pizza can be a bit greasy but the taste is good. Definitely recommend trying if you're in the area

Its just sad. Tomatoes on my burger were sour. The fries with no ketchup taste of old grease. Can fill an order as described on the menu, lack ingredients. However my friend had lasagna and says in blows Monjoun's away.

Rotolo’s has been on the decline for a while. Over the past year several items have come out bad, usually under cooked dough. The service has taken the biggest hit. Waiters just not checking on customers at all. They are not busy, maybe 4 tables in the entire place. They just won’t come by. We ordered cheese sticks at the same time as our drinks. Waited brought our drinks and then didn’t come back for what felt like 20 minutes. She came back to take our order after the manager(?) brought us our cheese sticks. Which meant we had to wait another 20 minutes before the main courses came out. Then only came to check on us after half the party got up to leave. Despite plenty of indications we were done eating and were ready for the check. This is the type of service has been going on a while with multiple servers. Add in the dim lighting that makes the sun light coming through the windows too harsh. The homeless guy washing windows spraying glass cleaner just behind our table. It is no wonder a once popular place is dead every day of the week. Would take a lot of convincing for me to go back.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We stopped here while on a trip from NC to TX, excited to finally try Rotolo’s, and our to-go order was a disaster. They left out an entire Caesar salad and shorted us half the wings we paid for. To make matters worse, we were traveling with our 9-month-old daughter, who was hungry, and this mistake turned what should have been a simple meal into a stressful mess.

When you pay for food, you expect it to actually be in the bag. Instead, we got sloppiness, carelessness, and zero regard for the customer. This was our first and last visit. There are no locations near our home—and even if there were, we wouldn’t waste another dollar here. A full refund would be the only fair solution. This experience soured our impression of Rotolo’s.

This restaurant used to value all customers equally but all of that changed abruptly when my husband and I were told that switching the meat to plant based would be $1 up-charge per plant based meat including plant based cheese. That means if we wanted a “vin monster” we’d get a $4 up-charge on top of the regular priced pizza/calzone. Plant based consumers shouldn’t be charged more just because it’s made from plants. Majority of the toppings like onion, peppers, spinach are veggies so why charge $1 each for plant based meat? This should be categorized as discrimination towards vegan consumers and is simply unfair to those who prefer to not eat meat or dairy products. Consider treating all of your customers equally and charge fair prices. You don’t even offer plant based options online or on third party platforms such as DoorDash, instacart/Uber eats. My family and I have stopped going to this inconsistent restaurant and don’t plan on being ripped off again. Change the absurd policy. Make all customers feel valued.
