This place was awful. We came in for take out, disgusting bathroom, took us 10 mins to be acknowledged for our order & they tipped themselves on my card (saw the difference in the morning). Will never go here again.

Just moved to Shreveport and was let down because the Ruston Rotolo’s was so good but this break my heart Got a to go pizza the figgy piggy from the Shreveport one the taste was great but you couldn’t even eat it because the dough was so tough had two pieces out of a large pizza and threw the rest in the trash because it was hurting my jaw to try to chew it if was like eating a piece of plastic

This is my absolute favorite pizza place and has been for a long time! Unfortunately, we live in Bossier so we don’t get to come here as often as I’d like to but when we do it’s always delicious.Kid-friendliness: My daughter always loves going to play in the arcade they have!

I went for the brunch special, unfortunately they did not have anything from the brunch menu. It smelled of dogs. The food and the drinks were not good. They do have cute cups to take for your to go. It's definitely a place I will not attend again.

I don't know what happened, the pizza used to be great. My husband tried ordering the big apple deep dish on Uber Eats for pickup. He gets to the restaurant after the food says it's ready for the staff to inform him that it's in fact not ready and they don't have the crust. 20 minutes later and the pizza is given to us cold and soggy in the middle. It lacked flavor and the sausage had a rotten taste.

There are tons of food and drink options. Our food was amazing. We even got the dessert cookie. The only downside was our server. We would not see her for 20 mins, then she would appear. All the other servers were around, just not ours. Will def go back with my kids to give it one more try.
We live in Longview and we were trilled when they opened a Rotola's here and we went there at least once a week, but then it started going downhill. Pizzas started coming out dry with little to no sauce and when we complained, they added a little more sauce but charged us the price of an extra condiment. As for the staff, sometimes you got someone who seemed to have potential but when we'd go back, they longer were there and the person who waited on you, either had an attitude or had not been trained at all. After putting up with it for a while, we just gave up and quit going. Yesterday we had to go to Barksdale and on our way home, we decided to give the Rotolo's in Shreveport a try. The place was busy, but we could not have received better service from a guy named Javon. Great personality. My wife always liked the Vin Monster and I liked the Cheeseburger. Since the Cheeseburger was no longer on the dinner menu and we weren't that hungry, he said he could do half Vin Monster and half Cheeseburger. It came out piping hot and was delicious and we couldn't have had better service. W e will definitely go back when we go to Shreveport. Just wish we had a Javon here in Longview.

Was in town for a quick visit and ate here. Excellent pizza if a little pricey. Wish they had a small pizza for single diners. Service was good, ambiance zero....dark, noisy and uncomfortable seating, but hey, the pizza was good!

Honestly, I would have rated it better if it weren't for the terrible terrible service. I had to walk up to the counter just to get somebody to come and give me a check, and even then it took 15 minutes of me standing up there for the lady to tap our server on the shoulder and say someone is waiting for you.

Our first time at Rotolo's! We waited for 45 mins for our food to arrive.. kids were hungry and the service was extremely slow. It wasn't very crowded at all like any other place would look like on Friday evening. maybe they were just short of staff on Friday evening!!!! Other table got food sooner than us who came after us!! It was disappointing that they got our order wrong after waiting for so long...
