I went to Rubba Boot today and when I checked my boxes I realized I was missing 2 orders of the dime bag shrimps. When I brought this up to the cashier she tried to say that she gave them to me and also advised she only charged me for one. After assuring her I did not receive the shrimp she went inside they checked the cameras and verified I was correct. While I waited for my item I realized the amount I was charged did not add up correctly. After asking 3 times for a receipt, I finally got it and realized the cashier TIPPED HERSELF WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. She choose a tip of $21.61 and tried to look confused when I asked for my money back. Although the male (I’m assuming the owner) did refund me the tip amount, I am appalled that she thought it was okay to choose her own tip and thought she’d get away with it.
UPDATE: Rubba Boot Crawfish Company I spoke with the owner and they have taken full responsibility for what happened for the tipping issue as well the issue with the employee.
I appreciate he was willing to speak with me to correct this issue.

I was skeptical about a drive thru crawfish joint. I'm a crawfish fanatic so I know good eating. This place was OUTSTANDING! Spice just right, shrimp that peel like butter and the sides were good as well. I will be back for more!

Crawfish were good, but customer service was not very good. I paid for my order with cash and my passenger paid with debit I didn't receive my charge and when I voiced it you would have thought I asked for the whole $20 back. Young lady had 2 separate receipts but continued to say order was together. If I go back I'll remember to take correct change. I just left without the change not going to argue with anyone.

The crawfish is always good! However there is one member of the team that is ALWAYS RUDE to customers ! A tall thin brunette with horrible customer service! If they lose her .. they are 5 stars!

The person who took my order was super nice and patient. I received my order in record time. I was probably in line a total of 8 mins. If you've eaten here before, you know that's GREAT! The crawfish is ALWAYS good and seasoned. The price is right! Of course I'll return.

Flavors were perfect! Has good absorbed flavor, but imo could be a bit more spicy. Decent price 3lbs for $14. The sausage piece was pricy (2.99), but super flavorful. Must get their signature dipping sauce.
