I will be in the area and am looking forward to getting my family some pizza from here next weekend. My friend brought me a slice back from when she visited Bossier City and it tasted soooo GOOD! I am giving 5 stars for the ambulance/emergency concept, my kids are intrigued and want to see themselves. And to counter D.Andersons unwarranted review. My daughter will post another review about the pizza as well.
I will never go again. Somebody broke in my truck and tried to rip my stereo out. The got my speakers. The Brew has changed. I've been going there for 5 years. But I'll will never go back. THE BREW IS NOT SAFE.

It could have handled any severe pizza emergency at Sal's... It's open late to slice one up your way, in a lively part of town near Highland. Close to the Red River trail, the Science Center, and riverfront, it's an easy stop by car. Prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Great pizza!

Pizza was flimsy and rubbery Never Again!
Really good pizza and they happen to be partnered today with the Great Raft brewing company and it was delicious. We order what I call the works which had all the meats and all the veggies minus pineapple and it came out great. The crust is awesome and the ingredients very fresh. Good customer service businesses with a great product that will blow you away. Jalapeños in the pizza made it next level. Thank you Sal for customizing our order.

I shared a booking with Sal last weekend. I own “SugarLou’s Southern Creole “ Foodtruck. Often food trucks trade food. He gave me a type of supreme pizza with onions. I gave him a catfish poboy. Man...that pizza was amazing! The flavor of the crust was so good! The body of the pizza was so flavorful! I ate the rest of it for breakfast the next day! Great job Sal!!! Can hardly wait to trade again!
