You should not be allowed in that store without a membership! Paying members have to wait in long lines at the cafe for people that are not members!! And can’t get electric carts for people that actually need it because they are riding them to the cafe! Pure craziness

Your pickup times are absolutely ridiculous! 50 minutes and still waiting to pick up 2 items!! Management will not answer the phone…..and Jose could only offer a $10 ecard for my inconvenience! Hell, I’ve spent that on gas sitting here!

I love Sam's Club. The prices, food, variety of products, etc. is great! However, I was glad that I wasn't shopping for meat my visit this week because a man was moving from freezer to freezer sitting his @$$ over meat as his wife shopped & picked out her meat across the aisle!

Ordered a cake and cupcakes and was told to pickup at 4:30 today. At pickup was told they don’t have it and are not obligated to make it. Very unprofessional and rude to me as if I did something wrong including manager who kept saying it’s ok. No it’s not ok that my daughter now doesn’t have a cake for her 2nd birthday or to not have a customer’s order when promised. Everyone including management downplayed the whole situation as if it happens often or is ok.
