I had a recent experience at the location in Natchitoches that was not so great. My Shreveport hotel clerk highly recommended the Shreveport location and I almost turned it down. She raved about how her and her family loved it. So, I decided to hive it a shot and was very happy I did so. KayKay was my server and she did an amazing job. The food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience was outstanding. So glad I gave this location a chance!
First time here as we’re just passing through. I was pleasantly surprised. The server was great and very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and well decorated. The food, wow! It was delicious and so much of it. It’s a shame we were just passing through because this is a place I’d enjoy going to frequently. I recommend trying it.
Sam’s Southern Eatery is one of my favorite restaurants! Ms. Sharon is my favorite server! She is always nice, friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional! Ms. Sharon provides outstanding customer service!
