I would if i could do a 3 1/2. They were under staffed. Burgers were good, fries were okay. Wife spring rolls were not that good, a little over cooked. She had a mixed drink that was good, lemon sprits. Environment was good.

One of my favorite burgers in Shreveport! We usually go on Tuesday and get them to go, but this time we went in, and it was awesome! I think the bar area is better than the dining area as far as ambiance goes, but it was also super empty when we came because of the weather, so I think if it was full I wouldn’t be as hard on the dining room. Our server Jacob was super friendly, we’ve met him in the drive through before and he is always great! He pointed out the desserts to me tonight and I got a banana pudding with bruleed bananas, it was top notch! For my appetizer I had the deviled eggs, and they were pretty good, not my style but worth the $8. I can’t wait to come back and compare their jäger schnitzel or chicken Parm to mine. Love this place!

This was my first visit. The limited menu rotates which was a nice surprise. I’m not a NY strip fan so I ventured & ordered the Jägerschnitzel. It was absolutely excellent! The flash-fried pork loin was as tender as veal, and the mushroom cream sauce was rich and flavorful.
I also ordered the Aji tuna nachos as an appetizer (very large portion) and the beautifully presented “banana pudding” for dessert per my waitress’ suggestion. Both were great. I will return with my husband to try a few other choices.

1st visit. The fried green tomatoes were good but needed some flavor in the shrimp sauce they poured over them. The Ahi Tuna Nachos were very good. The atmosphere was blasé. Maybe they're still kind of new??? The bar area seemed quaint enough for a date. My Old Fashioned drink was good. The staff was friendly. I'll be back to give it another shot.

This place is a jewel. The food is the best! Our server, Jacob, could not be more attentive. He knew the menu well and did a great job! The Chef puts so much live in the food, you feel very special! It is a wonderful place!
Night had fallen. It was warm. The week was a long one and I was searching for someplace offering culinary comfort for a weary traveler. A building caught my eye just to the right of the road. Was that a day spa or restaurant? A regional Lumber Liquidators Administration Building or Optometrist office? Turned out to be a gorgeous little gem of a restaurant called Sauvage. I called and spoke to someone who assured me a seat when I arrived. I drove back to the hotel to freshen up. (My deodorant had failed 4 hours prior) When I arrived I was greeted by a kind staff member who showed me to my table. Very clean. Very comfy. Simple Mind's "don't you forget about me" was playing and the menu had two sides....regular offerings and an Octoberfest themed list of mains and desserts that made the selection very difficult. My server was Jacob. He was so nice and never led me astray when I had questions or asked or advice. They had Fat Tire available. That scored the site 2.5 stars alone. I had the pork and it was amazing. I ate the most amazing chocolate cake for dessert and all my stressors of the day melted away. The food was great. The staff were stellar. I will go back to sample everything else on the list. And when I am through, I'll do it again. Thank you Sauvage.
