If you’re wanting good boiled crawfish this isn’t the place to go. There’s a reason they are one of the only places with crawfish still in stock. Some people enjoy it, but their seasoning isn’t good & crawfish wasn’t right. They also have a 3lb minimum purchase. First time ever experiencing that. Great service, great shrimp. But not a great crawfish spot. Ate it because we were hungry & just spent $50 on it.

Chicken was so dry and ribs were not cleaned properly still had membrane bbq with way too vinegar potato salad way too sweet red beans vinegar only decent part of the meal was the pulled pork with store brand bbq sauce.

As usual, i always order regular rib plate. Meal was not hot-BBQ SAUSE WAS COLD-Beans had a sour taste. Regulsr staff was not there, that i could see..Was extremely disappointed.
Do not get the pulled pork, got that because they were out of turkey. The pulled pork was dry and tasted gross didn't even finish it. Had the ribs and turkey the day before and it was good.

I Ordered a large cup of the so called seafood gumbo, which is more like a medium cup. I asked for light rice. When I got the soup I opened the lid, and it was half full and Luke warm almost lumpy from all the starch in it and almost cold. I went back to the window and asked why that was that way. He said because I had light rice they still have to give me the same amount of soup. I said that to just give me a little me a little more would not put them out of business so while we are going back and forth over a 1/2 cup of gumgo he finally agreed to warm it up. When I got it back, it did have a tablespoon more of soup in it. But here are additional complaints about the soup: 1. The white rice is chewy and undercooked. (Why I asked for light rice in the first place) 2. The tiny cup o noodles sized shrimp and the crayfish tails are unclean. Where has the love gone in Louisiana cooking? I tried the chicken and sausage gumbo at a previous visit, and it tasted like someone poured a whole lot of vinegar in it. It's all business and no love, No thanks.

This place has to be a money laundering front- no way in hell the good people of Shreveport tolerate that nonsense.
