Food was Salty in didn't eat much,

Server dropped hair in our food and our food was burnt! The so called manager refused to make it right! Id stay away from this BOGUS place!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience, the service was excellent, the food prep was fun, and the overall experience was outstanding. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

Do not go here. I just sat for 10 minutes without so much as seeing a server. They were not even busy so i walked out.
Unfortunately im beginning to expect this kind of service in Shreveport!

Came in this evening, October 6th 2024. Was celebrating our one year anniversary early came in and ordered the shogun seafood number 18 on the menu and also ordered two sushi rolls omikazi. The waitress put down steak and lobster and then brought us the sushi boat. For this meal it should have been close to $80 or around about and was charged $156.00 because of the waitress wanting to put in the order for the sushi boat which is $100 by itself and needless to say it upset me so bad I paid and couldn’t even enjoy my meal, I had to bring it all home in a to go box, after going outside to calm myself down. The waitress was just too fast to try to explain anything to, didn’t understand what the rush was several complaints around the table including one couple didn’t receive their drinks until halfway through the meal. Very disappointed with this choice in shogun this evening. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

I went in Shogun last night on a first date. I’m new to the Shreveport area and Shogun was recommended to me. My date and I sat at a hibachi table with 6 other people and waited and waited and waited… 45 minutes had passed and we didn’t even have drinks yet! Then another group of people came in long after us and were seated next to us… and they got their drinks right away while we STILL didn’t have ours. A guy finally came to take our order but made it pretty clear that it wasn’t his job to do so. An hour later we still didn’t even have drinks so 6 out of 8 of us decided to leave. Not sure if the other 2 stayed or decided to leave. Definitely the WORST service I’ve EVER experienced.

Went here after my daughter's 2024 high school graduation. The service was spectacular. The food was amazing. The server and our chef were the best. Definitely recommend and definitely will be going back.

First time here for celebration of a birthday. Lovely atmosphere and our Chef Mike did justice on the hibachi grill. The food was superb with lively conversation and skill from Chef Mike. Awesome place and we will return.
