Great place ! the food is delicious. I ordered a burguer and really enjoyed it. The staff is really friendly and kept an eye on anything we required.

I ordered on doordash and it was delicious. They are also carry monjunis dishes as well. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It was so creamy and full of chicken. I also got the spud with brisket. Everything came individually packaged so I could build the spud when it arrived. The potato was wrapped in foil and steaming hot.

We use to visit the Silver Star in Bossier in front of the old K-mart, that place was top tier. I tried not to compare the express to the original place that I loved but it was hard not to. The service was excellent from our waitress & from what I observed from other waitresses. The restaurant was nice but didn't know it was joined with Monjuni's. This is not bad as you get to order from either restaurant. But your seated in a dining lobby inconsistent with the steakhouse vibe & more like a party with a piñata. The selection of food on the menu is limited in comparison to the other Silver Stars, hence the Express in its title. But I was wanting or looking for more or at least bigger entrée items. Alot of the items were small & fast cooked items that they can get out quickly. I suppose if you live close by & you don't want to drive into town, then this is your only option for overpriced bbq. The price I paid for 5 ribs is the same if I were to get a full rack at Texas Roadhouse. Imo, you would get a larger portion of food at Podnuh for less money. Overall, the food is good, the service was great, & the atmosphere was inconsistent. If you live in town, there are better options but it is still a nice enough place to get a change of scenery.

Fun and good place to eat. It's combined with an Italian restaurant, Monjuni's, so you can order from both. Both are good. The food is great and it's a fun place to eat...with choices of Italian or great barbecue. Service was wonderful!

Any Silverstar has the best stakes in the city or state. Always excellent service,
delicious food.

Still way overpriced for some cupcakes and cookies. Great idea maybe no teen instead of on Jeanies but it’s pretty cool.

One of your waitresses was brushing her hair behind the counter, while others were preparing food. NASTY!!! ?PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE! Your food is actual good!!

First time in yesterday as a walk-in party of 10. The hostess at the door was very welcoming and got our tables pulled together promptly.

Our server was a young woman named Payton and immediately recognized us as first timers and took time to answer questions about the menu. She was very kind and attentive and did a great job taking care of our party!

The service, food, and atmosphere were easily 5/5 stars!

Appetizers;Texas Toothpicks, Silver Star Brisket NachosMeal;16oz Sirloin, Loaded Baked Potato, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Augratin Potatoes.Was the best meal I have eaten in a long time. All the waitresses were awesome. From Tennessee and here for work down the road. This is definitely a good choice for Supper. Will definitely go back before I leave in 2 weeks. The waitress was friendly, helpful on other restaurants around the area, recommended the meal, and was absolutely Gorgeous. Thank you for the Southern Hospitality.

I went to the bar, was met with attitude. Asked what beers they had, and i was just given a displaying hand gesture pointing at the beer with no words spoken. I ordered my beer and asked for a food menu. Was tossed a menu once again no words spoken. I sat around with an empty beer long enough to decide not to get the 50$ steak I wanted. I was asked “are you getting anything” with an attitude as if she was mad i was there. I paid for my beer and left. This was not a busy time and i was the only person on my side of the bar. I will not go bar. The skinny blonde ruined it.

It was a little quiet but we came after lunch. My husband got the Smokehouse burger and it was delicious. I got the Smokehouse brisket sandwich and it was just as good. The service was great. The atmosphere was low key and nice.
