Terrible customer service. Went for lunch. Took over an hour to get our food. When we tried to cancel the order the owner came to our table literally yelling at us. Literally a terrible experience. Will never return.

I had a late lunch there today Saturday 1/4/2025 it was just as great as it always was. I’m so glad they are back! Food was perfect & the staff was wonderful!

Recently dined in which was my first time. The hostess was polite and got me seated fast. My waitress Chrissy took my drink order but took about 15 mins for my drink to be brought to me. When drink was brought to me she took my order. The Hick Chick. Not sure if a waitress or kitchen issue but took about 45 mins before I had my food. During this time she never came around to make sure if I needed anything or another drink (which I did as I drank it all). Food came out and it was nice and hot and was pretty delicious. I had zero issues with the atmosphere or food itself. I just felt my service lacked attention. Being a small business owner myself I understand things happen but the restaurant wasn’t exactly busy to warrant the lack of attention. The pizza was good so I do look forward to eating again!

Still the best pizza in town! We ate there frequently when we lived in Shreveport. Since we moved, we visit Smitty's every time we go back to Shreveport.

I forgot what the name of the person who tended to us was, but he was a man with a buzz cut and glasses. He really made our first time visiting Smitty's a lot better! Very hospitable, friendly, and kept checking in on us while being prompt with everything.
This was another place that was suggested to me for local pizza, and I'm once again thankful we tried it out. The inside gives off totally chill, relaxed, laid-back vibes from the person that greeted us in the front to the ambience inside. Definitely not a Cici's, and also not a bougie artisan pizzeria. It was nice!
Pizza tasted great, chock full of toppings. I'd say that a small breadsticks and medium pizza is adequate for 2 people, which is what we got with a bit leftover. Can definitely tell the dough is fresh and crisp, especially with the breadsticks dipped in their sauces.

Went about 8:30 with my family. Were greeted and seated promptly by Jeff, who informed us Jessica would be our server. Jessica immediately came to our table and took our order: large stuffaletta, large cheese sticks, small cheese pizza, 2 salad bars, and our drinks. Drinks and salad bar plates came immediately. Their salad bar is amazing. The food came quickly and was hot and delicious. My family of 5 left full and with leftovers for tomorrow for less than $100. Can’t beat the great prices, wonderful service, and delicious food at Smitty’s pizza! Will return soon!

Expectation vs Reality were a let down
The pizza was doughy & slightly undercooked, as well as over sauced. Overall just a bit disappointing.
My first time dining at Smitty's pizza, will probably also be my last. Wasn't for me
