Worst service I have ever had. 20 minutes before waitress ever came by to take my order. 4 other people in the whole building. Got pizza and waitress never showed back up to refill drink or bring check. Had to go to counter to pay my bill. My last time going there I promise. Pitiful

This used to be the best pizzeria style pizza in Shreveport/Bossier City. Something has changed. Took my wife in for lunch the other day, we ordered the salad bar & thin crust pizza. The salad bar was poor at best. The pizza had a weird taste to the sauce, I cannot describe it. We thought they just changed the recipe or something. Well, later in the day my wife and I started feeling not so well. Not “sick”, just not well. NO, I do not think the food was bad & please do not think the place is clean, because it is. Something in the pizza just didn’t set well. Don’t know what they changed, but it isn’t as good as it used to be.

Their Ratchet, rude cook wouldn’t let our group watch the NFC championship game in an empty restaurant. Smitty’s lost out on hundreds bc they didn’t have a pair of balls to tell their cook to shut up and get back to making pizzas
Terrible customer service. Went for lunch. Took over an hour to get our food. When we tried to cancel the order the owner came to our table literally yelling at us. Literally a terrible experience. Will never return.

I had a late lunch there today Saturday 1/4/2025 it was just as great as it always was. I’m so glad they are back! Food was perfect & the staff was wonderful!

Recently dined in which was my first time. The hostess was polite and got me seated fast. My waitress Chrissy took my drink order but took about 15 mins for my drink to be brought to me. When drink was brought to me she took my order. The Hick Chick. Not sure if a waitress or kitchen issue but took about 45 mins before I had my food. During this time she never came around to make sure if I needed anything or another drink (which I did as I drank it all). Food came out and it was nice and hot and was pretty delicious. I had zero issues with the atmosphere or food itself. I just felt my service lacked attention. Being a small business owner myself I understand things happen but the restaurant wasn’t exactly busy to warrant the lack of attention. The pizza was good so I do look forward to eating again!
