I signed up for the app, ordered my 2 drinks- paid for with cc, and said which stall I was in. After 6 minutes, the screen at Sonic showed someone was bringing my order. Another 4 minutes, I pressed the button and was told my order was on its way. 10 minutes.

It's always something with this Sonic. Forgetting stuff on the order, 40+ minute wait times, not answering the call buttons.On Feb 25, I got 2 small blasts, and neither was mixed. Had a scoop of Reese at the bottom of the cup, and a scoop on top. Had to mix it up at home.It's been thing after thing, it's right around the corner from my house, so I'll go there when I don't feel like cooking. But at this point I'm just better off to go ahead and cook.

Horrible. There was something wrong with everything I ordered. I added jalapeños on a patty melt, there were none on the sandwich when I received it. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip dinner and hit the button to ask and make sure it came with gravy, they said it did. Got the dinner and it was missing the gravy, onion ring and only had 10 tater tots in the box. The corndog I received was overcooked and split down the side. I let the carhop know that the food was wrong and she brought a cup of gravy with a bare onion ring on top of the cup. She then went back for the jalapeños. She took my chicken strips box back with her. 10 minutes later she brought the same exact overcooked chicken strips back with a pile of tater tots on top telling me that it was remade. Horrible experience. Update: 30 minutes after eating this trash, I am now sick in the bathroom. I will not return to this location. There is another Sonic about 3 miles north. I will start going there from now on if I want Sonic.

Well their service has gone down hill quickly, and it's not them it's the lack of employees which is sad, but, it's always a long wait like 15 minutes . The one farther down on n.market, near Walmart is WAy better.

This is one of few Sonic's that get it right with no hassle. When I first rated it I had been to a Sonic in Ore City, Texas the day google asked me to rate my experience. Ore City Texas, got my order wrong for 4th time in a roll. I thought that It was Ore City I was rating.. this Sonic I had been to a week before.. ordered 3 drinks and 3 burgers.. all were correct here.
