Sonic Drive-In

I just want to take a moment to appreciate Anaya for her kindness and attentiveness. While I was at the playground with my two kids, she went out of her way to bring us napkins at our table such a small gesture, but it made a big difference! Thank you, Anaya, for your kindness!

I just gotta say, Anaya is the sweetest! She was walking around making sure everybody had what they needed, sauce, napkins, all that. She even came up to our table with a big smile and asked if we were good. It’s little things like that that make a difference! She really cares and goes the extra mile. Sonic needs more people like her!

I come here all the time just to get ice but today I waited about 7 minutes and nobody still came on to take the order.

Good respectful servers. Order taking was pleasant as well.

So far these past few times I've gone back to this location, I havent had a problem. the food has been fresh and good.

Burger taste like water no flavor at all everything else was ok

Made a big order and everything was fresh and correct. That's almost impossible at a fast food restaurant these days.

They didn't put any bacon on my cheesy bacon stack. Pitiful sandwich.

I tried to order but the machine was showing a lot of stuff I didn’t order. I called one of the girls over and told her the machine wasn’t working. She took my order but I waited 15 minutes and never got it so I asked another girl and she took the order. Ten minutes later I finally got my order. Service was the pits.

Went to the Sonic , activated the button , waited about ten minutes and nobody came. Noticed there was a small sign with the owners name and number on it. I called it and within 30 seconds someone was taking my order. I placed the order , received my order , got to the house and found I was one burger short. Made a call back to the owner and went back to the Sonic and within 3 minutes problem solved. The owner is a very nice lady and is johnny on the spot with her employees. We need more folks like her and her employees.

Up and down at this Sonic, the play ground was a pond so my grandsons couldn't play (granted it had rained the day before. Drainage anyone). The digital billboard menu claimed 99 cent corn dogs, But employees would not honor. Although when my grandson poked a big hole in his 1/2 drank slushy they replaced refilled for free. So good and bad, of course it's Sonic so we will be back. Added note: Sonic has 1000's of drinks after all this time still no mountain dew/ mellow yellow type?
