When I order a large sonic blast it’s pretty disappointing to find a large cup of nothing but vanilla ice cream and one scoop of Reese’s on top if I wanted that I could have gone to Macdonalds

I have seen 7 cars pull off..7/02/2025. This is ridiculous. They have people jus sitting here. No customer service. The manager on night shift is not informing customers or staff of wait time. I pulled off like the other 7.

This particular Sonic off Greenwood Rd in Shreveport had it altogether when I stopped the other night, fast to respond, polite and courteous, after I ordered they prepared and brought my order in a short period of time with everything correct, then again the carhop was extremely polite and friendly, it was like a breath of fresh air, yes they were all good at what they were doing and I for one applaud them

Ordered 2 route 44 drinks and a hot fudge Sunday. Took 45 minutes to get the order the Sunday was a milk shake.then didn't even bring a spoon 😒 they were out horrible absolutely horrible worst customer service experience in all my life will never stop there ever

If you order a milk shake they make it to soon for drive in pick up. Half melted by time those in front get their orders. Staff needs to look at orders waiting to be cooked vs making ice cream
Second sonic location we went to today. The other one we left because we waited for twenty minutes without our order ever being taken. At this location the drive through was “broken” which we only discovered through someone getting out of their car and finding an employee. Maybe put a sign up? That took ten minutes. Then to avoid another battle with the red button kiosk we decided to pull up to the window and get an actual employee. Took around five minutes and a lot of back and forth to put through an order for one Oreo peanut butter milkshake. Miraculously after another 15 whole minutes they brought out our single milkshake. But alas why would we need a straw? So we waited at the window for a couple more minutes for the straw. Sonic owes me an hour of my life back. Update! Just tried the milkshake and it tastes like sour milk (wouldn’t be surprised if it is) so sonic also owes me five bucks.

I can't remember who the guy was that brought my food out one night but he was the only one there and he didn't mess up none of my huge order everytime I go there they get my food correct waaayyy better then Whataburger thank God!!

We ordered through the Sonic app to score 1/2 price drinks, redeem a BOGO offer of the crispy chicken sandwich, and 1.99 deal for an order of popcorn chicken. The food came out hot and fresh with the chicken just out of the fryer, route 44 slush for only 1.69, and filling triple sonic smash burger. We highly recommend all at this Sonic location. I believe the lady working the drive thru's name was Kenyana. She was very nice and friendly. Thank you for the speedy service and making our order in 5 minutes from the time we placed our order on the app!
