Went to drive through. My son ordered a hamburger,hold the pickle and cheese I ordered a chili dog light mustard and onion.
The hamburger only had cheese.
The chili dog was topped with mustard from one end to the other.Threw in trash.
We got the opposite of what we ordered. What is wrong with that
Sonic. Guess I don't have to worry about it since I would never go back.

I love sonic. however the other night I got the urge for what I think is their best shake... peanut butter. so it was late 11:00 pm but I still had time so got up slipped on my house shoes grabbed my coat( it was one of the below freezing nights we had) headed to closest sonic pull in push button... was asked to pull thru drive thru which I no problem... pull up to window lady was very pleasant and asked order... large peanut butter shake please.... thn these terrible words "our shake machine isn't working" I was devastated... but while I was already there I did order cherry limeade. not the same as the shake I had anticipated but trip wasn't a total loss

New manager is totally horrible. He comes out talking about God. I ask for a refund and waited. They bring a drink 19minutes later.
No I want a refund period.. the drink waste on my clothes and door.

He to busy trying to say he new manager but has been at this location long enough to not say he is new leadership.
The drink continue to waste and was thrown from my car. Because I did not feel comfortable to exit my vehicle with a "new" over ego tripping guy to go to the trash. I wanted a refund but you threw the drink. Horrible tackful leadership. This location has a lack of leadership and he cannot control the disrespect to the customers that have been coming here for years, when he was probably not even born yet. Very disrespectful and I will inform all my customers do not come here and visit the new restaurants in that area.Leadership is a horrible, uneducated on customer service and a disgrace to the brand.

My daughter’s burger had a a piece of paper towel or napkin disguised as lettuce on it. So disgusting. Yall should be ashamed of yall shelves. How would you feel if you bit into your burger and had that mess on it?? Do better but we will not comeback to this sonic. Tried to call to make a complaint phone is busy.

Literally the worst burger was straight up grease and when I told them its a lot of grease and asked them to remake it please it was more grease all over my burger it went all up on my arm and it was grease juice all in the foil and she tried to argue me down about it and got mad because I didn’t want the remade one I will never come back again

Don’t come to this place if you’re in a hurry. This isn’t FAST by any means. It’s like they never get any customers, so when an order comes in they have to reheat the grease or something. You’ll spend an eternity waiting for a chicken sandwich. I dunno how it is in the mornings, but night shifts definitely not quick at all.

They didn't put any candy in the brownie blast I ordered, then after I contacted them (which wasn't easy) they refused to fix the issue. All they offered was a new blast with a purchase of something else. SO I would've had to spend more money to get my blast corrected.This is not the first time they have messed up my order this was just the worse experience!
