Everytime I order a footlong coney at the Blanchard location it looks and tastes like the weiner is five days old!!! This is the only location with this problem. Never coming back.

Always takes forever. Everyone is rude. Food is always cold, wrong, or just plain gross. Drinks never taste right. This isn't a one time incident. So much so we drive 5 miles down the road to get good sonic and nice people

Been waiting 15 minutes for 1 drink, SMH! I don't know if James is still the manager or not. But, when he's there I don't have any problems. All the fast-food restaurants in North Shreveport have gone down hill the last couple years (McDonald's has always been horrible). Maybe, hire some people who actually care about the customers. I know... what a concept. Like who does that anymore?? What is this, the 50s or something?

Went by today at 2:00, nothing was available to order from the app and no one answered the call button. I saw someone walk in. Not sure what is going on but if systems are down or something, you could let customers know before they sat out there for 5+ mins waiting on a response.
We pull up to a stall at 7:30ish and I’m told, after I took time to look over the menu of course, that the stalls were closed and to go to the drive thru. Then me and my daughter wait for about 30 minutes. When we finally get our blast and sundae, they’re both soup. I’m super unhappy with the whole experience. I called, but of course no one answered.

Why is all the Pickles in one spot, and all the lettuce to one side?? Cold fries. At the pickup window, there was no greeting & no thanks come again. They were fast.

I just attempted to place an order at Sonic but was unsuccessful. They said something that I couldn’t make out as to why I couldn’t order at the stall so I drove around to the drive through and was told to wait. I saw the lady with headphones on that was supposed to be taking my order dragging trash bags across the parking lot. Why don’t you just put up a closed sign if you don’t plan on waiting on customers?

Still waiting for my refund $33.09 from 8-8-24. They canceled my prepaid app order yet still charged me. They closed early at 10pm but the Sonic app and Google said they closed at 10:30pm. The drive thru promised the supervisor refunded my money but lied. Still waiting 2 days later
