I left sonic on pines road at 8:20pm. TERRIBLE! I just ordered two sonic cheese burgers and a medium fry. These people gave me the complete opposite. 2 burgers (no cheese) and a small concrete fry. Fries were hard as bricks. AND! they didn't even fill the box. This sonic use to be one the best. Now it's the absolute worst. Sad part is this has happened fir the third time. I was just hoping that each time would be different. DO NOT EAT HERE. ESPECIALLY AFTER 6:00PM

Worst wait times ever. DON'T order through the app. You will have to wait a minimum 15 minutes before your food is ready after you arrive. People that order from the stall get there food ahead of you. And all I ordered was a shake.
Tonight I went for a simple milk shake. Instead of telling me it wouldn't be ready for over 15 minutes and give me an option, they wait 13 minutes with my order and then come tell me. Which leaves me no time.
If this was the first time, I'd just be bugged, but this wait happens everytime!
Avoid this Sonic at all costs.

Every time I come to this location in the morning to pick up slushes for my sisters and a burger/sandwich and ice for myself on the way to school and Sunday mornings before church. I never see her name on the screen like I can for everyone else's, but she works the first shift and drives a dark red car. Whoever she is, she is very rude and poor customer service compared to the rest of the staff(I never have an issue with anyone else). She always has an attitude. Idk why because I don't talk much, always treat them how I want to be treated. Especially as someone who has worker fast food before because I know how it feels to have those types of customers. Yesterday she lied and said they don't offer lunch at breakfast time and how I was "lucky" because anyone else wouldn't have made my order, slung me my food, and ran back inside. Keep in mind, Sonic serves its full menu all day and, as I said in the beginning, I get the same order almost every day and no one else has ever said this. I've been loyal to this specific location since I moved to the area in 2022, but I can no longer deal with this and will go elsewhere.
My Experience was the Absolute Worst.I Order Dbl cheeseburgers meal with a sweet tea which was full of ice and the tea was unsweetened I also order a regular Hamburger not only was it cold the food was old the meat was so dry and cold I couldn’t consume it. My Mozzarella sticks was cold .only thing that was good or even edible was the sauce …I don’t care if my tab was 20 or 5 dollars y’all gotta do something this was the worst I have never had a problem with this location ever ! I placed my order at 9:05 paid for it at 9:10 and the bag wasn’t even greasy. And I called 6 times to speak with the manager and one answered me … My ticket number is 425 125 Jacob is the name on my order and I was in drive Thur #ID 337511240425 This was Pure Trash My Dog don’t even want it

I ordered 2 doft drinks from the app. My order was not correct, and they did not have a drink carrier. This is the second time that has happened.

Whoever the heavyset white lady with the glasses is, that works the window in the morning is very rude. No good morning, hi, or anything, just slung me my food and went back inside. I understand everyone isn’t a morning person, but maybe consider a different shift? Everyone else is so kind and likeable every morning but her. This is the second time there has been an issue with her. The first time she was gossiping about customers(including me) at the window very loudly. Honestly starting to consider just bypassing this Sonic and driving an extra 10 minutes to go to the other one.

I waited 40 mins for 4 drinks at this location. I made the order through the Sonic App. I called on the intercom 2 times and they still left me sitting there for 40 mins for a drink order, I didn't order any food so this was so unacceptable! Poor service period
