Terrible service. Couldn’t take my order correctly, repeated it over 5 times, got to the window, the order was still wrong and they had overcharged my card. Also didn’t give me my drink to my meal had to make another separate trip for a 20 ounce drink.Also my burger was very cold had to rewarm it in the microwave.Lots of standing around and playing around not enough correct orders.

It took them almost 20 minutes to bring me mozzarella sticks and a cherry coke. And the mozzarella sticks were cold. I normally don’t review stuff, but this particular location needs more employees. It’s been going on like this for months.

Ever since the current franchise owner has taken over this location it has been awful. Tonight I had hard bread on my breakfast toaster that I couldn't even chew it was so hard. They've lost my online order before then when I wanted my money back it magically appeared. I'm done with this Sonic for good.

The food was cool, but whoever the girl was who just took my order was very rude. If the condiment doesn't come on the burger, just say okay and don't tell me that the burger comes as it looks on the screen. That was very rude! If you don't have great customer service skills, work somewhere else!
