Great afternoon treat to beat the fest but be cautious when using a card.
Frequent, 1-2x a week visitor but extremely disappointed that employees are adding tips on credit card machine without customer knowledge. Tried to pay with cash and was told they couldn’t make change so offered to pay by card. After they ran my card was offered a receipt and noticed they’d added a tip without asking or my choosing. Amount in grand scheme wasn’t substantial but more so feel taken advantage of. Be careful or use cash so you can determine how much to tip.
Follow-up Owner was quick to reach out, understand my frustration and concerns. Appreciative of the timely resolution and willingness to understand my frustration.

Google and Facebook both have this place as open but it's obviously closed. We showed up and saw the truck but it was not in operation. I called two numbers listed on the website and they both went to voicemail. Don't waste your time and gas going, because it is not open.

Delicious sweet treat for everyone! First time having Italian ice. Will not be my last thanks to Sophie's Italian Ice. Must try for anyone anywhere close. I highly recommend it. I don't often have a sweet tooth; but this place surely satisfied it.

I went yesterday and was trying to get in the parking lot, someone was parked directly in front of the window sitting in the back of their suv, enjoying the amazing ice but there was no way to get to the window to order. There are clearly marked parking spaces and signs that say "please park in a parking spot". We were upset that we had to wait until they moved and get such a great treat on a hot Friday afternoon. We ALL want to enjoy the amazing Ice that Sophie's offers!!

My family and I were introduced to Sophie's last year and have been very happy with the quality and varieties they offer. Prices are very reasonable and toppings choices are plentiful. No reason to go anywhere else.
