I've ordered a lot of drinks from this place for the past 3 years and they've always been wonderful, but I've also seen a decrease in the employees' abilities to make drinks on their own accord. I'm mostly sure this an issue of lack of training, my drinks have been taking longer and longer to make because the workers have to ask managers and experienced staff how to make something and look in their recipe book, which makes me late for class or work. My experience with stacks is that there are bad workers in the mornings, besides Justin, Babs, an Asian girl, and Gracie (who are great), and personable workers in the afternoons and evening. There is Babs and a white guy with long hair who has always been courteous, kind, and has always made me my drink exactly how I like it. Based on their service I would recommend stacks to anyone who comes to LSUS. I agree through that some of the workers in the mornings are very unprofessional...
Amazing staff and great atmosphere! Lots of great options to choose from at affordable prices, and even if you don’t know what to order, a worker is always more than happy to provide the best options for you! I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever gotten from there and 10/10 would most definitely recommend. I’ll for sure be back!
