Starbucks in Shreveport

“this is my favorite Starbucks in the whole state of Louisiana. Their service is always on point. They have amazing staff who always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make great drinks. I don’t know any of them personally, but I feel like I do after visiting the store.

Kid-friendliness: brought my grandson here and they’re always welcoming, even when he was removing objects from a shelf! :)“

“We tried the new caramel creme brulee latte with almond milk. I normally get the caramel macchiato with extra caramel sauce. The young lady said I wouldn't need the extra caramel or anything and she was correct. It had the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness.
I did find the seats a bit close. I wanted to have a conversation, and I could hear the people who came and sat next to me. They may as well have been at out table. We went outside and everything was still lovely.“

“Went there for the first time ever this morning g ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frapp with no whip extra caramel service was quick and very nice and the guy put alot of caramel that I got in every sip which is how i like it!very good starbucks to go to!!“

“Good products and all. Also very professional yet friendly! However, it would seem due to the location (inside of the Kroger) and size of their area, only 1 person is working there at a time. I’m sure on some days there maybe 2-3 employees. If you’re in a rush and not familiar with this store, you may want to consider a different location. Fortunately for me, I had all day. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 8 other customers, but the employee was doing her best therefore I can’t complain.“

“So I took my 10year old daughter Christmas shopping and I had never been to "5Below",she has been trying to get me to go there with her and my sister has been talking about it for a long time as well! Anyways so I guess just knowing how excited she was about it, I was def going to need caffeine!! So she had never been to Starbucks, bit she's been drinking (coffee milk ?) all her life. So I told her that I would go but we had to go to Starbucks first! She was easy on that one!! We both got caramel crunch frappuccinos, they were awesome!! There wasn't a long wait, only like 1 lady ahead of us, which was perfect bcz we didn't know what we wanted. The service was great, environment was clean and it wasan all around lovely experience!! Not one that either of us will soon forget!!“

“Outrageously delicious iced oat pecan latte. I've not seen this flavour before and was recommended to try the iced version, and it is by far my most favourite iced latte ever, and I drink them a lot travelling all over the globe! Thanks a bunch for making my morning.“

“Came in last week to grab my favorite- an iced chai latte with brown sugar and oat milk, and was greeted warmly by the two employees on staff. They suggested an iced chai with chestnut praline since they were out of the brown sugar and it was so good! I also got a double smoked bacon and that was fine as well. Will definitely be back!“

“I've never ordered a coffee until today!! Not being a coffee drinker, I explained to Sammi who helped me at counter, I had no idea what I was doing. Told her I was a newbie to this and she was incredible!! I chose a pistachio and it was amazing!!! She and I think we should have a "Newbie" nite for incoming coffee drinkers who are clueless on sizes, flavors etc. A night to learn the lingo and ease into Starbucks mainstream!! lolSammi is the greatest!! The world needs more of her!!!“
