1st time trying this Location , and let me tell you the employees did NOT Greet or Welcomed me with Kindness. As I waited on My order , I then heard others get greeted with care. Next , once my Order was done being took I told the employee My name was “Brandy” , she still insisted to still Spell my Name as “Randi”. Also I have 2 Medicine Ball, no Splash sticks were offered. I’m not coming back to this location . Mansfield rd location has waaaay more better customer service than them.

Shreveport customer service in small businesses is really at its worst. First of all, workers at this coffee shop should not be called baristas. They pretty much just pour coffee in a cup. Ordered 1 iced caramel macchiato grande and a hot latte TO GO! They made it in cups as if for there. The girl got the attitude when I said it’s to go. She angrily and clearly not happy made them again but gave me two hot coffees. I told her I ordered an ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO. She got an even worse attitude and said it would be more expensive and that if I wanted it I would have to pay . I would have paid the higher price when I ordered but the one that took my order just took it wrong or miscommunicated with her coworker. They started arguing in front of me and just when I was ready to leave with the order even though it wasn’t what I wanted, they offered to redo my iced coffee. I just left and I won’t go back to that place. WORK ETHIC AT ITS WORST!!! $14 for two coffees and gave them a tip on top of that… not very deserved

I ordered a drink in person and get wrong drink. I asked if can be remade cause it taste milk. The employee even admit that she forgot to put something. The cashier just add something to my drink and left. The drink still wrong. They even made the wrong drink for the other customer next waiting for me and they remade there’s. So, I left. I should have ask refund for my drink. I paid what they charge me and get the drink I didn’t ask for. I understand it was busy and willing to wait, but they didn’t bother to make my drink even if I ask for.

Personally the only thing this location has going for it IS its location. The baristas are pretty much the rudest in town and for some reason this location charges you more per drink.
Genuinely, and I say this as a Starbucks regular with MANY years and MANY Starbucks.
This location needs customer service training.

We tried the new caramel creme brulee latte with almond milk. I normally get the caramel macchiato with extra caramel sauce. The young lady said I wouldn't need the extra caramel or anything and she was correct. It had the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. I did find the seats a bit close. I wanted to have a conversation, and I could hear the people who came and sat next to me. They may as well have been at out table. We went outside and everything was still lovely.

Every time I use this starbucks they mess up my order. I routinely get a white chocolate mocha but they always give a regular mocha. This time I asked them to make my coffee warm.And when I took a drink it scorched my mouth. I told Them what happened and they seemed more irritated than concerned. When I asked them to remake it she was very upset about it and still made it steamed hot instead of warm. There was a lot of hostility so I just left.I love starbucks but this location is horrible!
