I ordered a chocolate croissant on the app and it automatically selects for it to be warmed. I got to Starbucks and it was not warmed. I asked the Starbucks lady to warm it and she said you have to select it on the app so she was gaslighting me into thinking that I didnt but it always selects warmed and who wants a cold croissant. She’s just very rude the short manager lady.

Two great employees have been let go. They know everyone’s name and are very pleasant. We are very regular customers. Very disappointed.

Located in a lovely plaza where we sat outside and enjoyed properly made coffee drinks. (Places like Orlando consistently make burned coffee drinks. Memphis is hit or miss.)Employees here are kind, patient and helpful. Made my visit very enjoyable. Thank you.

Most Starbucks have the same feeling to them. Starbucks is about the only company that I'll continue buying from no matter what they do.
Starbucks will always be a perfect place for me to chill. My favorite is the Carmel Macchiato! It just suite perfectly with such cozy and quiet environment, fast wifi, and nice staffs. I can always have my peace after work. I really recommend this place.

Stopped by early Saturday for a quick breakfast and drink. There was a cars and coffee event in the parking lot, so it was pretty crowded. However, they were quickly moving people through the line and getting the orders out. The egg bits and drinks were consistent with any Starbucks location. Service was fast and friendly.

Wifi doesn't work on laptops. Interstitial to sign in won't pop up despite changing browser settings. Pop up for other nearby network (Xfiniti) worked fine. Sign in to Starbucks network worked fine on cell phone. Don't come here if you need to work on laptop
