Went to get my daughter Starbucks since it was her birthday. Pulled up at 6:31pm & was told by the young lady that answered the intercom they were closed. I looked at the information on Google & it states that close at 7. It was three cars behind me as well. I’m guessing they were told the same thing because they pulled off quickly to.

Don’t go unless you’re okay with sitting in a drive thru 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Plenty of employees present, but with 0 Fs to give. Guessing they went to the restroom during the few minutes they went over customer service in training. ?

Outrageously delicious iced oat pecan latte. I've not seen this flavour before and was recommended to try the iced version, and it is by far my most favourite iced latte ever, and I drink them a lot travelling all over the globe! Thanks a bunch for making my morning.

I had the best pumpkin cold brew I have had all season here this afternoon. The pumpkin bread and lemon loaf were were moist and delicious as well. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. I will definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.

Friendly staff! Terrible access currently because of construction around the area. Regular entry point is blocked. You will need to go down the small street behind the construction and the Starbucks. Take a left and wind around the construction vehicles. Signs directing you would have been a nice to have, but unfortunately they are not supplied.

Avoid this location at all costs. It’s already become like all the other Pines road restaurants, trash. Came through and didn’t stop at another location because I sure thought they’d be open. But no! Pulled into drive through at 7:15, sat there 5 minutes. Went around in time to see the three employees leaving at 7:21. Ummmm sign and website clearly stated they close at 8:00. This is just ridiculous and for this one reason I’ll never return.

The interior was closed because of broken air conditioning and it was 85 degrees inside so only the drive thru was open. Somehow Consuela who was working the window still managed to be sunny and laughing. I’m not kidding she’s probably the nicest staffer I’ve encountered at a Starbucks despite being stuck in basically an oven. Consuela for president! (Everyone who was still inside making coffee should be given a giant bonus!)
