Purchased lemon loaf (2) on 9/7/25 and it was in a Starbucks bag. The cake was in a plastic sealed package with “not labeled for retail sale” prod. 8-JUL-2025. I am assuming it was frozen and sold as fresh which is disturbing to me. Totally not buying from them ever again because that crap was very unethical.

I am in Starbucks all over the world and I'd give this one a 6 star because of Brandi! What a superstar. She greeted me at the door and clarified my drink (that's my standard afternoon refresher) so that the team got it just so.

Despite all the bad reviews, we decided to give this Starbucks a shot and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, service was great, and our orders came out pretty quickly. My flat white was spot on. Seems like they were just working through the usual new store hiccups. Glad we gave it a try.
I’ve been there before and it was great but when I ordered just got coffee in a cup it had spilled everywhere and they filled to the brim which wasn’t a fun experience, I had to waste my money and pour some of it out just to comfortably drink it

Im not a karen or chad. Trust i rarely say anything, but this barista who i have never seen before at this location straight up just took my order, smiled in my face, let me pay for a coffee and tip her. The coffee was a regular black coffee with two raw sugar packets. It was cold as hell, wasnt stirred at all. U gonna take my money, let me give you a tip and then give me something i could have pulled out the trash for free. I usually come here 3 or 4 times a week for coffee. Not anymore man. That was just trash service

Lost a daily customer. The normal morning crew wasn't there this weekend. Probably due to Brandi and her lack of people skills. She needs an Attitude adjustment, or not be in a customer facing role.
