I never leave reviews, but this is the chic fil a of customer service. The drive thru line goes by quickly, and the people working it are THE sweetest. They make my morning every day - love them & my drink!!

this is my favorite Starbucks in the whole state of Louisiana. Their service is always on point. They have amazing staff who always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make great drinks. I don’t know any of them personally, but I feel like I do after visiting the store.

Kid-friendliness: brought my grandson here and they’re always welcoming, even when he was removing objects from a shelf! :)

I just went through the drive through and the curly haired gentleman asked if I needed and straws or napkins and we said “yes a straw please” and he handed me the straw and said “don’t you just hate turtles?”
Such an uncomfortable experience. I didn’t anticipate being blatantly judged for a STRAW at a Shreveport Starbucks. Gross behavior.

Staff was not friendly one Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was milk and coffee only and the other had all the flavor of both and couldn't drink.

I’m almost a daily customer and the staff is always very friendly and out going. They greet me by my name and are always fast and on point. It’s always a pleasure to start the morning off with hello and a smile! Thank you all for a GREAT JOB!

Me and my daughter had Mother -Daughter time and got us one of the new summer drinks. And I went back yesterday by myself because my electricity had been off for two and a half days from weather and got me another one?️. We loved it

Parking: Plenty of parking and there's a Drs office next door you can park over there ?
