I've been going to this Starbucks (in this area) for the past 3 yrs since we moved here. I've experienced good customer service and some not so good service. But, today was a standout kinda moment for me that I will not ignore. My husband and I ordered (2) Pecan crunch lattes, extra shot and whipped cream on both. On the drive home I noticed my latte did not have an extra shot. I called to let them know and the young lady who answered was quite rude and very nonchalant. She told me she basically didn't know wut I wanted her to do because she didn't think Starbucks had a policy to replace coffee that was not made as ordered. She further told me though I had paid for the extra shot, she wasn't aware of it or probably 4got to put it in there. I asked to speak to the manager and she asked me didn't I already talked to customer service b4 calling her and wut did they say? Finally, the worker who took our order got on the phone and had no solution either. So I gave one. I asked her to take my name down and the next time I'm there, they can just remake it. She then asked why would she take my name when she doesn't know who'll be there the next time I come. Folk's, I give up! Buy, by the time I got ready to get off the phone she asked for my name. Smdh! I used to hold the Starbucks brand in high regards, but lately, not so much. I think I'll spend my money with CC's Coffee. It's only a few steps away in the same shopping area.

The food and coffee have always been great at Starbucks. The best improvement is now you are able to order ahead on the app. Plus nothing beats a good cheese Danish with a grande White Chocolate Mocha!

The one inside Kroger only ever has 1 person working and its packed so you will wait 20 minutes for your drink even if you order ahead. Depending on who is there you may waste your money. One lady CAN NOT make any drink correct but water. When you ask her to fix it she get an attitude and she does not keep her area clean like the others

Good products and all. Also very professional yet friendly! However, it would seem due to the location (inside of the Kroger) and size of their area, only 1 person is working there at a time. I’m sure on some days there maybe 2-3 employees. If you’re in a rush and not familiar with this store, you may want to consider a different location. Fortunately for me, I had all day. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 8 other customers, but the employee was doing her best therefore I can’t complain.

Quick stop.Espresso was good and service was fast.Lots of seating, but none of it is used.Packed in a grocery store.
