Rude female employee that is working drive thru needs to be reprimanded or get further training on how to speak to customers. She was being rude for no reason towards me. Every time she always had an attitude. 5/8/2025. Will not be coming to location anymore as the service has always been terrible. Long lines, poor drinks, and inconsiderate baristas.

Love this place but the chai is always watery. The cold foam looks old and barely on top. I’m painting a lot of money for it to be like water. Disappointing.

Line was too long but I waited trying to hope for the best I ordered a Chai Latte with Caramel drizzle and Caramel syrup and got the complete opposite! The drink was terrible tasted like they added coffee? And the bottom was like dark brown ? It was a chai latte? $10 on something that was made completely wrong! Just terrible idek what they gave me but it was absolutely disgusting whoever made my drink needs to be fired! Like seriously!
