Store: Starbucks Mansfield Road Shreveport Louisiana. I have a complainant regarding an employee, Rasheed. Last Friday I entered this location. Rasheed made small talk that was genuine, authentic & sincere - I can feel when a comment is genuine. In the end I felt the personalized experience made me eager to return - like this Friday. It is clear Starbucks REALLY appreciates it's customers. Thank you!!!

They consistently use original roast instead of blonde even after asking specifically for blonde. Nice staff and clean facilities.

This is a great place to get your drink made incorrectly. They hand you the cup with such confidence that you’re almost assured that you are getting what you ordered, but you never are! Asking for your drink to be remade is met with a sneer, and while they do remake the drink, it’s still not correct. I’ve been several times, so I can assure you that you’re getting the exact same poor service every time. It’s that level of commitment to absurdity that will keep me at bay 🙂↕️

Consistency is a serious issue. My order is consistently wrong. My peppermint mocha doesn't have peppermint...again; for the 4th time. I've called to make sure I'm ordering it correctly and they tell me yes. I've ordered in the app, I've ordered atbthe drive-thru but same issue. When it's right, it's great; but it's wrong far too often and I don't have time to drive back there and wait until it's remade.

Having been to Starbucks throughout the US, this is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most professional. Staff is cheerful, drinks and eggs were served quick and a recommended Matcha was tried and we loved it!

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience at this particular location has been consistently disappointing. For weeks now, they’ve been out of coffee mug sleeves. Other local locations like Youree Drive and Bert Kouns always have them, so it’s frustrating that this store never seems to. If I'm paying full price for my drink, shouldn't that cover the basics like a cup sleeve? Also, when I needed to stop in for a bathroom break. The sleeves are stocked near the wall. So which one is it? Are you out of stock or cutting cost?
Even more frustrating is the constant issue with drink accuracy. I often place my orders online for drive-thru pickup, and more often than not, they’re incorrect. Whether it’s missing the extra pumps of syrup I paid for or other details being wrong, it’s become a regular inconvenience. Paying for a HOT coffee and being passed a extra ice coffee is crazy. Turning around to get the drink remade is time-consuming, and fixing it at home defeats the purpose of the convenience I’m paying for. A few times last month I had to have my whole drink remade because they were not reading labels.
I hope this store takes steps to improve, because the inconsistency and lack of basic supplies are making it hard to remain a loyal customer.

I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and breakfast egg, bacon, and potatoe burrito. The food was on point! It was hot fresh, and then the coffee was delicious as usual. Here's where I had an issue... the person who received my payment was short with me. He rushed me, and I was trying to get to my app on my phone. Then he pressed about the page that says leave a tip. I did not. He didn't ask for it, but his voice tone was rough and curt to me. It was not crowded. I'm not sure why he was in such a hurry. I also had to ask for napkins.

I ordered an iced espresso that cost $7.40 in the drive thru. (Ridiculous, I know, I was having a bad day and decided to treat myself) I paid with a $20 bill, I tipped the man a dollar and went on my way, but realized they shorted me over $6 on my change. So I go back to the store and I’m the only one waiting at the counter, they ignored me for a while while talking smack about customers. How they hate when they do this or that, on and on. Finally they acknowledged me and they did correct my change but there was no apology. The worst part is, the drink was almost entirely ice with very little actually coffee in it. I’ve ordered that drink before and it’s normally much more actual espresso. You cannot expect to charge $7.40 for a drink and then deliver that kind of quality, do better!!!
