Due to a gap in my schedule, I was here two days in a row for a couple of hours each time. Drinks and food were great. Baristas were as quick as they could be with a wrap around line at the drive through and customers in store.My only real complaint is that both days I had to search for a clean table. On the second day, I could see the same sticky mess on one table that I’d seen the day before as if that table hadn’t been cleaned at all. I saw one group have to clean a table before they could even sit down. There was a dirty mess on the floor right inside the door as well. The bathrooms were a mess with no toilet paper and no soap in one.I understand staffing issues. I understand rushes. What I don’t understand is how, when the store was empty, with very few or no customers, that nothing was cleaned or checked on.Kid-friendliness: The baristas were perfectly happy helping my daughter order and pay by herself.

This is literally the BEST place to get your coffee! It's like the coffee gods made it themselves!!! Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso is my personal favorite! The staff is wonderful!!! They treat you like family! They make a point to make everyone feel special in a genuine way by how welcoming they are! They are my favorite! The coffee taste AMAZING!!! This is my go-to Starbucks! The coffee is always on point no matter what time of day!! The staff is so fun and sweet!! The drive through wait isn't long at all! I never order ahead & I'm always in and out! This is my FAVORITE location!
The staff is friendly. They help with the kind of coffee you like. Your order is quick hot and very good. Try the differnt rolls muffins and buns. They pair good with the coffee of your choice. Going there tomorrowmorning.

Terrible experience. Ordered online 15 minutes before hand when inside to pick up- it was a chai. I leave and get a chance to taste it and it is definitely not chai but coffee. I called in to get it reimbursed back to my card as I had a meeting and not enough time to go back and I was left on hold for over 30 minutes and whenever you tried to call back, the line was busy because they left it off the hook. My meeting ended early I had enough time to go back and the workers were really rude. I came on really understanding but they acted like I was the problem. One even look over laughing and said oh she’s the one with the chai from the phone. So they purposely never came back and picked up the phone when I called. The lady looked back at the manager I assume and said I’ll take care of this if you deal with her. He did come over and reluctantly remake my drink. I didn’t even get a hey Sorry about that, have a good day or anything.

Love this time of year when they come out with the holiday drinks, this year I’m loving the sugar cookie almond milk latte…so yummy!!! The employees at this location are so friendly and make great drinks! So far this one has been consistent in making the drinks, it’s frustrating sometimes when I order my usual and it tastes off…hasn’t happened at this one!!!!! Highly recommend checking out this location, it’s new and fresh! One thing I’d like to mention is the restroom situation! I do not like having to use a toilet behind men that go all over the seat and floor, it’s always so nasty in Starbucks restrooms! I get why they are combined and that’s fine but again it’s gross and the toilets always have yuck on them so I just don’t use them now! Go back to separate restrooms please it’s more sanitary for us ladies!!!!

Whomever was taking the order at the drive through was very rude, he asked me what I wanted and I asked him to give me a moment so I could look to see what they had, I told another person I was talking to that the place we were going was about 2 minutes away, and the man over the speaker says "oh no honey we won't be taking two minutes" assuming i was talking to him. Very unprofessional.

I have been going to this new location almost daily since they've opened. The majority of the staff are nice. It seems like some of them aren’t trained enough. I get the same thing every time I go and my drink is ALWAYS made differently. I always get an iced latte with almond milk. Sometimes my coffee is dark brown, sometimes it’s light brown, and sometimes it’s white. I just really wish they were more consistent. It’s frustrating when you order something that you want, pay for it, wait for it, and then it’s not what you ordered…. I have thrown away several of my lattes and they are too expensive to be wasting.
