“Okay y'all I'm back. So I tried the Subway up the road from me today. Let's get into the service. I had to wait 10 minutes to get to drive thru window. ?One Car ahead of me. Then the car wouldn't start. ? finally got there for my food and it took it a minute and then went home. Now the food..... When I tell you it did not disappoint. I ordered a footlong (ate 6 inch) and yummy to my tummy. Now I didn't order the meal, the chips are my own ?. Yall I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was delish. Gitcha some ???? ????? yum yum full.“

“Ok so the three women that work here around 11:25 a.m don’t play no games! They get you in and out! Now if you have ever worked in food service, you can understand and feel the teamwork! Please don’t stand in the line if you dont have your mind made up because you will then be slowing down the process! And for the love, don’t be on your phone while in the line here cause they move so quick, and that’s aggravating anyway! Overall 5 stars just for those 3 women alone! “Did an online order to use a coupon in the store at 7:45. Didn’t leave until 8:30. They watched me sit in there and wait that whole time and didn’t grab the ticket once and cleared two separate lines that formed before even thinking of the online order. Then they finally grab it and literally I gave word for word instructions and they made both sandwiches completely opposite to what was on the paper. The sandwich was soggy, not even cut and disgusting. The workers were moving in slow motion as if peoples time didn’t matter. This was on 3/6 incase the manager wants to speak with them. The guy seemed stoned and incompetent. In addition they had 2 bread options??? I’ve been here at other times and had a great experience but tonight was rough. I’ll give it 4 stars because of the other times but this individual day was a 1 star for sure.“

“Since I work nearby, I'm here pretty much multiple times a week. Service is always quick, the foods always fresh and the store has always been clean. Be forewarned if you go at lunch time the line backs up a bit but they usually have enough staff it moves through quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended overall!“

“Our caravan of four suvs with close to 20 folks pulled in at lunchtime. The sandwich artist was hard at working with the already full line.Ty..the SA never let a sign of worry show. He greeted each of us and made our meals as if we were each the only one there. As our crew made it through the line the doors continuously opened with many more customers filing into the line. Ty never once showed any agitation or sense of being overwhelmed. When asked he stated someone had called out but there's was relief otw. I have worked in the food industry for over 35 years and rarely have I ever seen an employee exhibit the level of professionalism as Ty did today and I hope that Subway acknowledges the awesome employee I had the pleasure of meeting today. And the entire restaurant including the restrooms was clean and well stocked!!Thank you Ty we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this location.“

The lady who helped us specifically asked dietary needs and changed her gloves for the one vegetarian in our group. “I come here a lot, food is always fresh to order. However, morning shift workers compared to night shift is definitely a difference. Morning shift is more acknowledging to customers and night shift just looks at you when you walk in; obviously it depends whose working.“
“Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOODROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A ZERO STAR :-)“
