It’s 2:42p and the doors are locked. The OPEN sign is on and there are employees in the building. I just wanted some cookies. I’ll never stop here again.

Just went in there and was served by ID # 3535. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She is wonderful and her service was top notch!!!!

Went in to order the meal of the day. I proceed to order my sandwich the employee starts to put my cheese on first. I stopped him and told him I wanted my cheese on top of my meat. He tells me it doesn't go like that. I tell him I don't want it like that in the one paying for this. He goes on to go back and forth with me telling me that's not how it goes. I ask the young lady could she make my sandwich she wouldn't. So I asked his name he goes to say let me write it down for you. I told him I don't need you to write it down just tell me. He said he doesn't care about losing this little 5$ job. He shouldn't be working working with customer if he can't satisfy the guest. Something needs to be done. I will be calling to speak with his manager, and the district manager Monday morning. His name is Jason. I visited the store 11/1/25 around 6:00pm

The Manager , Ms. Terri was very rude ! I came in to order, but I had to use the restroom first, I asked the young lady for the key for the restroom, cause it was locked . She asked Ms. Terri about me wanting to use the restroom , and she closed the side door in my face , cause I was standing right by the employee door .! I didn’t order anything, because of her rudeness. I went to the other location on Hearne Ave and got the best customer service ever . I will never go to the location where me.Terri is the manager. On my birthday (10-25) I went into Subway on Hearne Ave in Shreveport,LA. I told the young guy behind the counter what I want and he was very non chalant, non communicative, never greeted me, when I asked a question he shook his head. I actually asked him if he could talk and the young lady that was on duty that night was equally as rude. I went back on Friday (11-01-24) and decided to speak to the manager that (Teri) about my horrible experience on my birthday and she was unconcerned and NEVER once apologized for my experience on my birthday. I have decided to NEVER eat at another Subway again, I have told numerous family & friends, and I plan/ have posted on Facebook about my experiences.

The manager at Subway on Herndon Avenue was very rude. Prior to Miss Tiffany starting on my sandwich. I informed her that I would like my bread toasted with cheese before placing the tuna. She proceeded to put the tuna on the bread. I informed her again that I did not want the tuna toasted she took the tuna off and started mumbling under her breath, I asked her was there a problem and she proceeded to say nothing but started throwing would appear to be a mini tantrum. I told her to forget about the order, and I would be contacting someone in regards to the service. the lady at the counter asked me was everything OK? I proceeded to tell her what was happening, and Miss Tiffany notified me at that time that she was the manager. and told me to have a nice day in a condescending way . I told her that everyone has the answer to someone. I contacted the manager Miss Melissa and she pretty much blew me off and said she would she’s sorry that happened and she will review the tapes. She also told me that it was no need to contact anyone else or write any emails because they would just come back to her. If you’re just looking for a quick sandwich this is the place if you’re looking for customer service please don’t go here.

The sandwich artist left before even cutting with the knife still in it.Did something else, didn't change gloves.Atmosphere between employees was terrible.Last visit employees didn't know what they were doing charging wrong price (I asked B4 I ordered cause I only had the correct change).

I ordered online. Meatball sub easy order. The website gives u options to have bottled drinks or fountain drinks. I order bottled drinks when I am out of town so I did so. The woman brought me a fountain drink and had an attitude that I wouldn't accept it. She poured the drink out next to my car with an attitude. And damn near threw the bottle bri k at me and she stormed away without a word.
