We stood in line for at least 10 minutes without getting our order taken. The workers were too busy fulfilling online orders to look up and take ours. We ended up leaving. Horrible service.

I always identified this location as my subway. As of today, I am done.!!!
Everything was just filthy. The glass that covers the vegetable and the meat were greasy with fingerprints and cover never closed when a customer was not ordering. vegetables on the inside looks as though they had been sitting there since yesterday. The meat container was barely full . The ham was stuck to the side of the container. Nothing looked fresh or appealing.
I watch the employees make sandwiches for about 45 minutes.
The board for making sandwiches have leftover crumbs, veggies, knife, containers that have chicken. It was just disgusting..
I did inform the young man before I left how dirty everything was and looked, and he agreed with me.

In short,they only had wheat bread at dinner. I ordered meatball and they only had three dried up meatballs left. So my husband and I decided to leave and another employee says I have meatballs in back he brings them up from freezer with marinara so he sticks in toaster oven maybe 20 seconds proceeded to make sub of course with wheat. I get home with our subs maybe a 5 min drive because of traffic. We sit down to eat and I took a big bite into very cold meatballs and bread that was so old the top crust was falling off. Neither our subs were toasted. My husband had same problem with the bread. When we tried contacting subway headquarters sent a clear Pic of receipt the conveniently could not find order and closed the case saying it was resolved. Husband wrote again same answer except send to this email our receipt again to an email that doesn't let you send to them a no reply email! I worked in michigan at a subway for 14 years as a manager. They used to care about service and food quality. That has went down drain. Buyer beware. Overall experience horrible !

This location is trash. Ordered a meatball sub and club sandwich for pickup. My husband picked up the food and for one he said the drink machine was disgusting as he filled our drinks there was mold coming out of the machine into our cups so we couldn’t get drinks. They didn’t have meatballs for his sub so he had to get another sandwich made (which he understood) and when I received my sandwich there was none of the vegetables I ordered and barley any meat on my sandwich and the bread was stale making it inedible. I will not be eating here again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very, very, very disappointed. We visited this Subway this morning. The doors were still locked. I looked at the time. It was 9:12.The time on the door stated they opened at 9:00. So we also tried the other door to see if it waa open. We waited patiently until we noticed the 3 employees inside looking at the door laughing and refusing to open the door. We havent visited this location in a while and the employees actions solidified that we won't visit again anytime soon. Out of 3 employees, Im sure at least 1 was probably a manager. Poor customer service to say the least.

The last few times I have eaten here, the lettuce has been either white or brown and the avocado has been brown. They also advised that they are “no longer carrying tea.”

I just wanted to let everyone in Shreveport know, that the subway on 306 W. BERT KOONS has the best subway in town. Their customers service was great and never complained about us showing up at the end of their shift. We came in and ordered 6 sets of sandwiches and they were excited just to be able to serve us. They also changed their gloves after every sandwich made thanks for the greatness of serving members of the best community around. Shout out to the two guys in there. -TANK AND BROTHER TK.

First off, I wasn't greeted. I ordered my food, and while the young man was preparing it, he had to go to the back to get the pizza cutter, which was already used. I asked him to change his gloves because he touched different things while going back and forth to the back. He had an attitude from then on.. I really wanted to just walk out without making that purchase. This location is close to home. Then I get to the car, start eating my pizza and I bit down on my another bite. When I bit down on that bite i felt something hard on my tooth there was a bracelet bead i took out my mouth. I'm really upset at this point. So I went in back inside to ask for a refund. They first told me they couldn't give me one I told them to call the manager. It's more of the story but i'm done I will no longer do business with this location or even Subway period because this is ridiculous.

Called to see if they were going to open at 9:15 and she decided to get an attitude and tell me as soon as she gets her register open. So you wait until 9:00 to try and get your register open? When you open at 9:00.

Clean , fast and on time service. However my sandwich was very sloppy. I ordered through the app requested to Please not make my sandwich sloppy and it was very sloppy. Also think my bacon was missing and they put honey mustard on my sandwich plus peppers and I didn't ask for those items.
Pay more attention to instructions and request details.

I had a coupon for 6 inch meal and free cookie with purchase. Sandwich was not 6 inch it was more like 5 inch. Young lady drowned my sandwich with Mayo. Had to wipe Mayo off when I got home. I got a Turkey and the meat was super super thin. I have visited this location before and never have I been dissatisfied like this visit. And the cookie was stale. So come on Mr Owner please do better. I love Subway and don’t want to drive longer distance for one. Thank you for your attention.
