The most friendly staff clean and lovely environment. This is my fav to grab my lunch at least twice a week. Thank you all for caring and preparing my delicious sandwiches!!!

I ordered it online on app ask to toast but they didn’t even toasted it and they added vegetable which I did not ask and I ask for 4 sauces in it but they only added 1 sauce. Worst subway ever!!!

I had the worst experience with a very rude employee named Amiah. We went to get us a Subway at 6138 Greenwood rd in 80 Pines Shopping Center.There is no sign on the store when it will close. But the website says that it closed at 9:00pm. We walked in to find the majority of the chairs were put up on the tables before 7:00pm. My wife had to use the restroom. So she headed that way. As she did, Amiah yelled that she had just mopped and that the floor was wet. I thought she was just giving her a warning to be careful. But, while I waited for my wife, I could hear her complaining about the possibility of my wife making a mess.
Now, most of the “Sandwich Engineers “ never smile and are very often not friendly.. So their lack of friendliness was what I would expect. But, I felt very unwelcome as she yelled from across the counter to clean up after ourselves. Because she had already cleaned up for the night. We wasn’t the only customers. There were plenty coming in. I feel that if I was to come in at 5 till 9, I should be treated with respect and made to feel welcome. And if I want to eat in, I should still be welcome to. Although, if I did run in at that time, I would be respectful and take my sandwich home.
This kind of treatment towards valued customers has become so expected in today’s society. It is a shame that we continue to come to these establishments afterwards. There are several restaurants that I do not intend to go to anymore.
I would recommend to future customers, that you consider other Subway’s before coming here. This is a very bad store to come to if you want to feel welcomed.
By the way, the sandwich was very lackluster with very distasteful attributes .

Thank you to the sweet lady working this morning right before lunchtime she is such a Blessing and gave me a free Cookie with my order really love how caring and thoughtful they are here. Keep up the great work, Always will be back. Always clean and very kind to there costumers 🥰🙏

Whoever runs this location is being greedy in my opinion.
I expected to use my coupon for a 4.99 6”. I always get the same subway club every time and it’s never been an issues at other locations in the Shreveport, Bossier area. But this one location decides not to honor the coupon and I didn’t know this until I needing to pay. Cost me twice what I was expecting!
Employees at the location were ok.
I won’t be back here.

Please change your hours. If you don’t open until 9 it should be posted, but I see that the hours have been removed from the door. Based on other comments, I presume they make up their hours as they see fit.

great. Very friendly employees, food was up to Subway standards and the facility was very clean.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. I came around 7:25pm to get my family and I something to eat. Once we walked in we were told that no one can take our order that there are mobile orders before us that need to be taken care of. So we decided to wait, we watched four other families walk in and walk straight out because of the service being so slow. We waited 34 minutes and went back up to the ordering section to see if we could finally order (7:54pm) and they told us we had 6 mobile orders in front of us that they still cannot and will not take our order. So we decided to leave and head to the nearest subway. Will not be back. Poor customer service. They had 5 employees in there so no they weren’t short staffed

I was lured into this establishment under false pretenses. The 6.99 footlong meal is only available to online customers who sign up for the subway cult... this discovery was only made clear to me after talking to one of the employees. I am disgusted at what subway corporate has done to draw in their lost crowd. But I shouldn't be surprised, after all, this is the place that produced jared the footlong lover.

I came to this location at 8:40 p.m and was refused service. The worker screamed that WE'RE CLOSED.In which the sign clearly reads closes at 9p.m. It seems as though that the employees would rather leave at 9 versus following the guidelines of its franchise or corporation. This is a terrible way of running this business.
Paid for double cheese. Got no cheese. Paid for extra mayo. Light mayo. They'll tell you two different ways that coupons work so you still end up paying full price. Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other location in the area instead of this one.
